Before moving into The Kell, I wish I had known about the noise levels during certain times of the day. While the area is generally quiet, you can occasionally hear traffic noise during rush hours. But closing the windows is a perfect solution.

The building management at The Kell has been generally responsive, addressing issues quickly and effectively, though there have been occasional delays in communication.

Amazing place, feels like home.

It is very close to local grocery stores, there is Londis nearby which is very convenient. The view to the ocean side is very nice and very very quiet.

The design and layout of the apartment is beautiful such a homy place to live in. Very nice to live near the waterside! It has a front desk where I can ask question if I have any concerns and the parcel room is very accessible and am always able to get everything I have ordered.

I wish I had known how everything is very nearby and easy to walk to

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have any issue I can email them and they respond almost immediately and help in emergency situations as well

Lovely place to stay

Parkings good, Asda round the the corner train station isn’t too far away. Neighbours are pleasant enough.

Futuristic and good like it’s an nice place to invite people too. The way that the property was developed was well thought about I really like the balcony as well it’s cute and the view is nice. You can see quite a few things from there. Also I like the common living room it’s very well put together

Instead of using billing better sort out your bills your self. Some of the people are good and helpful most of them are incompetent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well and rapidly. You will get a response normally in less than an hour but the thing is everything’s always good so you won’t need them
