Great location

Great location, tesco and coop within 5 minute walking distance for any quick shopping. A good range of restaurants also within walking distance. Property is a stone’s throw from the marina and is lovely to walk around the area which is generally quiet and pleasant. Parking is on residential private car park where you have to display a permit. The spaces can get taken quite quickly leaving you with no choice but to park under the trees… the birds quickly make your car very dirty! Communal bin area is very dirty and smells, also sometimes get overfilled with waste and bags are left on the floor, then council refuse to collect rubbish and it piles higher and higher. The courtyard area is well maintained and quite nice to sit in, sometimes kids are playing there.

Please review your development:

The exterior design of the buildings is on the older side but still fine. Interior wise most flats have old storage heaters installed as opposed to radiators, which are very unsightly. The windows are relatively new and the kitchen fittings are in good working order and not that old. The communal bin area could do with improvement.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking availability can be limited in evenings and nights if coming home late. If you forget to display your permit you will get fined, so it’s better to stick the permit onto the windscreen of your car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any issues with building management.

I live in a great neighborhood, It is wonderful because it offers us a lot of facilities. The view near my house makes the area much more beautiful. There is always an available parking space and is easy to commute to the City Centre

Please review your development:

There are so many yachts in my local area. There are many people living in my neighborhood and There are some great little shops too. There isn’t much crime in my area and the place is quite nice to live in. Similarly, If you feel a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, the best way to find out is walk around and chat with people in the neighborhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to add. TBH, Things look like they are going well so far… I’d say quite as we expected.
Environment seems quite clean and admirable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, Not very quick response is there, however they are quite effective when they attend to the repairs

Great location but pricey

The facilities are good and mostly secure. There has been issues with the doors not locking and not opening when the key fob is used. The lifts were also broken for a long time. The flats are quiet and very bright and great location wise for getting into town

Please review your development:

Things could be fixed faster but when there’s a problem specifically in your flat they are quick to respond and get things fixed. The downstairs meeting room I booked multiple times and our keys never let us in and no one fixed this. Overall the staff are nice and responsive and we had very few issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price of parking in the building is £100 extra a month

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not that I know of but when we needed things fixed they were quick to try help

Comfortable stay

Review Date Aug 2024

The building is new and design is modern. Apartment is spacious however my apartment is on the lower floor and it’s quite noisy from the traffic and there is some bird problems (the building opposite is empty and the birds have taken over and they are noisy!). Gym is small and simply and usually empty.

Please review your development:

The design is modern, the lounge area is nicely designed. There is a kitchen that you can rent but I never used. Gym is small with limited equipment so if you’re into heavy weight lifting it won’t do the job. Rooftop was great to use especially in the summer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment being on the lower floor is noisy and depending on which apartment, you may not get enough light coming in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had one terrible incident with them and their manner of responding was horrible (blaming me and finger pointing and not taking any responsibility/offer any help)
