The Marches is in a very convenient location. Just a couple of minutes to the supermarket, train station (with trains to Waterloo in less than half an hour) and and shopping centre. There is a nice range of independent restaurants in walking distance.

Please review your development:

We have really enjoyed living in the Marches and have stayed longer than we originally planned to. We are only leaving now because we are buying our first flat. We’ve made good friends in the apartments and have really appreciated the range of facilities (shared working space, living area, kitchen, gardens) and services (concierge, events, yoga classes) on offer. The apartment itself is high spec and the couple of maintenance issues we’ve had have been dealt with promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats are very warm – we have never used our heating!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The team (Tomas, Ashleigh and Yazmine in particular) have gone out of their way to help us with our move, for which we are very grateful.

Everything, including the train station, bus stop and high street is super close! There are many local shops, bars and restaurants only a walk away.

Please review your development:

The building has been very tastefully designed. The garden gives a fresh breath in the middle of the hustle bustle. The gym is also an advantage. The living space in itself is beautiful and spacious. Looking forward to living here! I have not had a chance to encounter the building management yet.

I would’ve appreciated knowing how few kitchen appliances were going to be provided.

Since I have not raised any issues, I am not aware.

The location of the property and onsite customer manager are really nice while there are lots of insects/flys/spiders when I open the window which is really annoying.

Please review your development:

Everything is above average, it would be better if:
1. it is all wood flooring. I am not a big fan of carpet, it is difficult to clean and could cause allergy in winter.
2. It changes curtain to those blackout ones
3. it comes with microwave oven
4. Someone could clean the rubbish area more frequently, it smells in summer.

There are more and more Asian people here, so there are Asian supermarket here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They react quickly and are very responsible. I am satisfied with the team.

The Marches is a great place to live, its a lovely community and the location is excellent for the town centre and also for buses and trains.

Please review your development:

The management team are very helpful and provide a great service both through the reception desk and the back of house engineering and maintenance.

The place has a welcoming feel, good shared facilities and security is good.

The design was well thought out and build quality is very good, the soundproofing between apartments is excellent.

Access to the council carpark is easier from the West tower

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All my queries were addressed quickly and efficiently, the front desk and engineering teams were all very helpful and sorted out any issue without delay.
