Living in the green has many benifits

Spacious apartments, quiet and lots of green space.
Parking is okay, bins can be a bit of a pain because they are communal and some people are less conscientious than others

Please review your development:

Nice design, lots of green space to walk the dog, and lots of play areas for the kids to enjoy throughout the year because of the paths the whole neighborhood flows well and is nicely connected without being closed off into separate isolated communities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Its worth being on the Facebook group for residents for lost mail, as this sometimes gets delivered to the wrong building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Solved within a month a leaking window without any fuss

Nice property disappointing service

The driveway was made a lot smaller then I was informed you can’t fit 2 cars width in the driveway I’ve informed southern but stated they won’t create additional parking

Please review your development:

Very nice area disappointed they are still building when it was meant to be complete in February not sure what the service charge actually goes on as the grass out the front has never been cut. Still awaiting the remaining of the houses to be filled. Would like to have a ladder to get into the roof

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Driveway size as when neighbours move in we both won’t be able to fit cars on the drive

What is the best feature of your home:

The en suite in the master was a massive bonus and all the additional storage area

Lovely area, local pub is nice – but on pricey side tho!
Bins are collected regularly, not had a problem.
Traffic is noisy outside however when you’re in the house it is minimal, unless window is open and there is a constant flow of traffic, then it’s slightly noisy – put some music on and it’s fine!
The buses are not very often so for others who rely on public transport they must feel trapped at certain times – and a taxi to the train station is a LOT of money!

Overall however, the estate is lovely and me and my partner are very excited to spend a long time here making memories together and start our family here

Please review your development:

Lovely development with gym equipment scattered around and a park which looks super fun for the kids!
The houses all look nice and there has been lots of thought into the layout of the houses. One negative, we are still waiting for a new gas meter box, it was on our completion handover form as something that needed doing, it still hasn’t been done…

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the signal is awful!! – Get WiFi straight away so you’re not disconnected from everything and everyone

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the layout of the home, great size! We can’t wait to grow into the house and create all the amazing memories and start a family here

We do have traffic noise but this does not impact us. The area is very friendly and currently quiet.
There is one bus but unfortunately it does not go on the main routes we need. Apart from buses the only other down fall is a local shop.

Please review your development:

I love the fact I have parking for two cars. On the new build estate it is spacious and open not having an over crowded feeling.
I really like our property but I feel we should have solar panels like other new developments and also some kind of privacy hedges on our back fences
I feel we should have had a flooring choice as I really do it like carpets downstairs due to heavy traffic and keeping clean

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No solar panels
Overlooked garden
Carpets throughout no choice of flooring

What is the best feature of your home:

French doors leading into our garden. I also love our kitchen with built in appliances.
