The surrounding greenery and upkeep of the area are commendable. One of the key highlights of this location is its proximity to JYS school, with the city center just a 20-minute walk away and the hospital reachable in 10 minutes. Additionally, parks are conveniently located nearby.

The development boasts high standards, featuring spacious living and kitchen areas illuminated by ample sunlight. The master bedroom comfortably accommodates a large bed with plenty of room to move around. Similarly, the children's bedroom offers a generous size. Surrounding greenery enhances the area, accompanied by the pleasant sound of birds singing in the morning, serving as a delightful wake-up call. Parking is abundant, allowing even visitors to find space easily. Bin collection is prompt, and noise pollution is minimal, making it a pleasant area to reside in, with parks and schools conveniently located nearby.

What is the proximity to the train station, and which are the reputable schools and grocery stores in the near by

The design of the houses is good. However, the build quality is way below what I had expected. Almost all my neighbours have experienced problems and the developer has not been helpful. Very disappointing to buy a new home and find that the finish is so poor.

Great location. Can easily walk into Chichester. Unauthorised parking on the development is on ongoing problem. Some anti social behaviour around the social housing units

I wish that I had been given accurate information. We were promised that there would be parking control in place, but this has never materialised

Location. Living within walking distance of Chichester. Access to green space nearby

Takes too long too get repaid done everything goes wrong with the houses it’s like bob the builder built it very over priced too houses too small no room for a ythi g hate the open plan design gardens too small and built where a mentel health hospital is

Nice quite road we live in a no though road all friendly people live here no noise parking is good ?

The development has been built to a high standard and we haven't had any issues so far. The estate management also do their best to keep maintenance fees down. Recently the estate management have planted new trees and generally all green areas are kept to a good standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location, 15 min walk into the city, 5 min walk to the Hospital and a 10 min walk to open countryside which is excellent if you have a dog or enjoy lots of country walks. Chichester has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. It's quiet, we feel safe and bin collections are regular. Parking is ample.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We can't really find fault with our house, i have noticed however with other houses, there is no bin space which can cause an issue. Would have perhaps been good to have solar panels fitted as per standard.

What is the best feature of your home:

Huge 1st floor landing, bedrooms are a good size, large kitchen.

Lots of built in storage and great value for money for the area. Well designed and landscaped. Snagging issues were dealt with promptly and effectively. Shared areas are well maintained but more effective management of the communal bins areas around the flats is needed.

Great location and easy walk into the city centre. Real community feel. The chapel has lots of events for children and adults.

Unable to drive directly into town. The route goes all round the houses!

Location and floor space. Finished to a high standard.
