Very enjoyable place to live

The location is amazing, I couldn’t ask for a better spot. I work in the town centre so it’s really convenient to live beside it.

Please review your development:

The building is beautiful, modern and very well maintained. I see staff every day tidying and cleaning the communal areas to keep them presentable, they do a great job.
Staff are friendly, helpful. They know what flat we live in which is nice considering the amount of tenants here, and know our names etc, they always say hello to us which is lovely.
The key fob entry feels secure, and having a parcel room is so handy to ensure things are delivered to a safe place when not at home. There is free access to the gym with a range of machines, not fully equipped but very good nonetheless.
The only downside is the lack of storage cupboards within the apartment making it easy for the open kitchen/living areas to seem cluttered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The outside area has been under construction for the duration of our stay (3 years). I was under the impression that it would be finished sooner. It’s not a big deal but there are still materials and machinery outside often which is not too slightly. Hopefully this will be complete soon!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are amazing. I have locked my keys in the apartment more than once.. but they have immediately helped me when asked and any general maintenance has always been dealt with quickly as well

Great access to Bracknell town centre. Can sometimes be a bit noisy when The Lexicon has an event in Bond Square.

Please review your development:

Really friendly staff, always available and attentive. Building is well looked after and there’s a great gym that I use a lot. The lifts are quick, but with how populated the building is, they are often out of service or occupied a lot of the time. Loving it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is a bit far off site, would’ve been nice to be shown this area upon viewing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and with great care. I have only had a few issues to speak on.

The area have multiple supermarkets, shops and restaurants which makes your life very convenient. With that said the building is not crowded at all and you can enjoy fresh air and nice view.

Please review your development:

The location of the building is excellent. Waitrose is just downstairs of the building and you can walk to other supermarkets within 10 minutes.
You can also walk to railway station and bus station within 10 minutes time.
Alex from their property management team is very responsive and will resolve any problem you faced.
Overall the experience staying here is above my expectation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are looking for a guest parking space when people come visiting you, unfortunately they do not have any and you will need to park in the shopping centre nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There are issues with the dishwasher and boiler when we first moved in. The property management responded to our query quickly and get the problem resolved.
