Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Berkshire House location cannot be better. It is on the high street and at walking distance from shops, pharmacy, coffee stores and restaurants. Despite its centric location, there isn’t much noise which is great! I really appreciate the convenience of having garbage bins downstairs and the flexibility to take out the garbage any time of day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have always received a quick response from the building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartment is very hot in the summer, especially when the sun hits from midday until late evening. I will be thinking of buying an ac unit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to supermarkets, shops, a variety of restaurants, and only a 5-minute walk to the railway station, making commuting easy. While weekend noise from High Street can be a bit noticeable, it’s not overwhelming. The area feels safe and well-kept, with regular bin collections and decent parking nearby. Overall, a great location with everything you need nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been highly responsive to any issues I've raised, addressing them quickly and with a positive attitude, ensuring all concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is that the apartments use an in-floor heating system, which is different from the usual radiators. It works well but takes a bit of getting used to, as it heats up gradually.

Everything is organised. We do not have any issue. Only negative thing about the location at the weekend, people are so noisy. Late times they are shouting a lot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are taking actions immediately. They solved all problems that we faced.
