Living in central Reading near the train station has its perks! I appreciate the variety of shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, which offer plenty of options for entertainment and dining out. Forbury Gardens provides a nice green space for relaxation and walks. The proximity to the train station makes commuting convenient, although it can get crowded during rush hours. Living on my street is comfortable. Overall, it's a decent neighborhood with its ups and downs, but I'm happy to call it home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I've raised.

I wish I would’ve known about popworld before I moved in and chose my room.

Living in Ebb and Flow, Reading, offers a lively blend of local character and comforts. The neighbourhood has a fair selection of stores, eateries that appeal to a wide range of palates with both well-known franchises and distinctive individual establishments. Families and outdoor enthusiasts can find beautiful spots to unwind and take in the scenery in a number of local parks and open spaces. Although rush hour can cause some delays and noise, most transport links are practical, with effective bus and train services linking to Reading's downtown and beyond.All things considered, Ebb and Flow offers an urban lifestyle that is well-balanced and accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded promptly to issues, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring clear communication about resolutions.

There's really nothing that I would like to change everything is perfect

The area has a good mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes, offering a nice variety of choices. Transport links are mostly convenient with frequent bus services, and train station nearby. The street is little bit crowded especially in night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been quite responsive, addressing issues and ensuring concerns are resolved efficiently. However, reception team could be better and more friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that while the area is generally pleasant, the street can sometimes be crowded and a bit noisy, especially during peak hours.

I love how its close to the bus station, train station and sainsburys. I can’t wait to utilize the study space in the lobby, as well as the events and activities that ebb and flow hosts

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been no problems so far, if there is one I know who to talk to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The washing machine could have been bigger especially since I’m renting a 2 bedroom. Everything else has been very well planned in the building

This building is fantastic - an excellent development offering luxury right in the heart of Reading. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just steps away, from restaurants and shopping to parks and public transport. The amenities are top-notch, providing all the comfort and convenience you’d expect in high-end living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast - within less than 24 hours my issues have been resolved. Maintenance is helpful and fast.
