Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I enjoy the frequent events held by the building. However, the price of parking is very high, which makes it very difficult for visitors and the tenants themselves. Furthermore, we are constantly disappointed by the delays in building the gym which we were promised.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not raised any issues with the building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No gym as it has been delayed numerous times. This should not be a part of their sales pitch to potential customers

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The positives living here are the local amenities on the doorstep being in close proximity to the Sainsbury’s and a wide range of restaurants is very convenient. We would also like to say it has a very good feel everyone is very friendly and if we wanted quiet that’s ok if we want to mix we can do that too. We don’t hear any noise either. The downside I would say is parking although it is offered for a price it can be extremely expensive if you had two cars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes as I have said nothing has been an issue if they have been busy they will always come back later that day!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
After one viewing we knew that it would be a very sociable place to live. Having a dog can also be a great way of making new friends. Having a community board is also a great way of getting to know your neighbours, activities too would be a fab way of getting to know people.

Living in Ebb and Flow, Reading, offers a lively blend of local character and comforts. The neighbourhood has a fair selection of stores, eateries that appeal to a wide range of palates with both well-known franchises and distinctive individual establishments. Families and outdoor enthusiasts can find beautiful spots to unwind and take in the scenery in a number of local parks and open spaces. Although rush hour can cause some delays and noise, most transport links are practical, with effective bus and train services linking to Reading's downtown and beyond.All things considered, Ebb and Flow offers an urban lifestyle that is well-balanced and accessible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded promptly to issues, addressing maintenance requests and ensuring clear communication about resolutions.

Important and good for me: center of the city, next to the train and bus stations, next to local shops and pet shops, next to the parks for a walking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
all staff are very friendly and answer all my questions. My window issue was fixed the same day when I posted the ticked. This is amazing!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
this is my first experience of renting in UK, and it was so difficult to find a pet-friendly place + furnished one so I was happy when I was approved. Other things was not important for me.

Very close to everything, has pubs, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The surroundings are very modern and clean. There isn't much road noise, even though the building is close to a big road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I never had any issue, but with whatever question I had they were always helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The shared spaces a respected and kept clean.
