A fantastic apartment complex, meticulously maintained, with excellent services provided by a wonderful in-house team!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic! The Hub offers many nearby restaurants, and there's a Sainsbury's superstore across the road. Centre:MK shopping centre is just a short walk away. You'll also find plenty of open space, including Willen Lake. For commuters, MK Central station is a brief walk away, perfect for grabbing a coffee before your journey. What more could you ask for?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been addressed promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Moving in was a breeze. We had access to the lifts from the underground parking and were provided with a trolley to assist with the move.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The positives living here are the local amenities on the doorstep being in close proximity to the Sainsbury’s and a wide range of restaurants is very convenient. We would also like to say it has a very good feel everyone is very friendly and if we wanted quiet that’s ok if we want to mix we can do that too. We don’t hear any noise either. The downside I would say is parking although it is offered for a price it can be extremely expensive if you had two cars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes as I have said nothing has been an issue if they have been busy they will always come back later that day!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

After one viewing we knew that it would be a very sociable place to live. Having a dog can also be a great way of making new friends. Having a community board is also a great way of getting to know your neighbours, activities too would be a fab way of getting to know people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Important and good for me: center of the city, next to the train and bus stations, next to local shops and pet shops, next to the parks for a walking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

all staff are very friendly and answer all my questions. My window issue was fixed the same day when I posted the ticked. This is amazing!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

this is my first experience of renting in UK, and it was so difficult to find a pet-friendly place + furnished one so I was happy when I was approved. Other things was not important for me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic access to a range of bars and restaurants - being so close to so many businesses there is not a lot of noise or disturbance. A large supermarket right across the street makes for great accessibility.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really helpful, we had a few issues before moving in and especially Natalie she helped us put a tonne. Even now she has been super friendly and helpful with any questions we’ve had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d share more of the community events that take place, this was really nice finding out all of the activities and events that take place. Maybe a little more information on post/deliveries.

The facility is well designed and each apartment offers a different view of the MK community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With the Almere, you live in the closest proximity to MK Centre, Sainsburys as well as several restaurants in the MK Centre area. I would highly recommend especially for new entrants to the area who may not be mobile yet and yet need close proximity to the train station, local schools as well as other facilities in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently had challenges with my air-conditioning which was well addressed on time. The concierge services are reliable, timely and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Almere offers periodic services to residents on a First Come, First Served basis. Be on the lookout for these.
