Located directly in a lively and energetic area, it's easy to find fun new restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, etc right near by. Some of the bars can be noisy late into the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The few minor issues that were raised were addressed quickly by building management.

Very nice furniture provided for furnished apartments.

The range of food options is great, amazing transport connections to the bus and train station is extremely close by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ed was really helpful in showing us around and helping throughout the process

I wish I knew that the local grocery store had closed down

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Generally all positive. Great location and facilities are excelllent. Need to ensure they are maintained. eg Water was off recently and lift / entry fobs were failing. Needs continued drip feed investment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. My sink leaked and my entry system was problematic. My sink is leaking again but i need to mention this. Again Faye Catlow is extremely responsive and follows up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

none - does what is says on the tin! Supermarket closing is a blow.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great living experiences, there are restaurants, bars, and bakeries within the area, but the local convenience shop was closed recently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

normally takes a day for the request to process , which is superb !

Lots of social events which is something i don't expect before i move in !

Great location as it is a very central. It is close to transport links, grocery stores and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Big shout out to Edmer! He made the move seamless and was always available to help!

There aren’t many visitors parking bays so moving in can be tricky if you don’t find one.
