Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love the community of the place, so many different people from different walks of life. Having a gym in the building makes me more active and I love that. It's a great location to city centre but not too close enough that it's loud. Having Ade at the front desk really brings the building together, he makes everyone feel welcome, a great mix between professional and friendly. He really knows how to brighten people and Lewis's beautiful eyes is just the icing on the cake. My brother suggested we get a vending machine in the building so it's nice to hear that we are getting a co-op next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient. They are also able to accommodate my working lifestyle.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the higher the floor, the better the view but unfortunately I let my fear of height get the better of me.

Area is great. Short walk to all the main shops and bars. Parking is sparse in the area. Really happy here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Usually same day. Really friendly team and super responsive.

Nothing I knew the area and the development well before moving in.

Not much here maybe a new block of apartments being built I like the area as its not too much but would like some other restaurants/ shops local rather than going into town

Anything we have raised has been Fixed quick and not come back

We was Looking for new apartment and loved this as soon as we seen it Everything I already knew

Super convenient to the city centre because of the tram. Actually everywhere in the city as it is a great connection. I guess the only bad side is constant new building/ construction site
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really good. We had few problems but both the team and Domi was on point at responding with the issues. They maintenance guys are good at communicating and they always ensure to give good service.

I don't know.... Actually yeah! The amenities close at 11pm and opens at 7am

Very close to everything, has pubs, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The surroundings are very modern and clean. There isn't much road noise, even though the building is close to a big road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I never had any issue, but with whatever question I had they were always helpful.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The shared spaces a respected and kept clean.
