Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that it's close to transport. It feels relatively safe and nigh time. Loads of shops around and it is on the skirts of city centre which makes it walkable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes- very promptly. Team again is amazing and helpful. Domi and Shannon always responds to questions

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

English summer.... hahahaha Not really- Domi was very helpful.

Good- I love stuff like this (events) shannon does, we love the events Bad- Nothing bad that i can think of

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

efficient whenever we have had issues in our apartment

there is nothing we didn't know before we moved into VOX

Good- We love it here we always recommend friends to rent here and whenever we have people over they are amazed at the building it exceeds and is very versatile and accommodates for everyone Bad- nothing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues that we have raised yet only been here a month so need to check over how to raise anything

The development that is being built next to VOX B block, wasn't aware of this

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Co-op on ground floor comes handy as I do not need to go far for my shopping. There is on site parking which helps massively as I travel for my work everyday. Lots of bin spaces around area and building. It is really great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lock on flat door wasn’t working, locksmith was there in about an hour which I was very impressed with on a Saturday too! Amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing yet. Domi was so helpful and even sat with us to start the initial referencing/ securing the apartment processes. They even offered us drinks once we finished with the rest of our viewings around the area.
