Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

Not much here maybe a new block of apartments being built I like the area as its not too much but would like some other restaurants/ shops local rather than going into town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anything we have raised has been Fixed quick and not come back

We was Looking for new apartment and loved this as soon as we seen it Everything I already knew

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super convenient to the city centre because of the tram. Actually everywhere in the city as it is a great connection. I guess the only bad side is constant new building/ construction site

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really good. We had few problems but both the team and Domi was on point at responding with the issues. They maintenance guys are good at communicating and they always ensure to give good service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don't know.... Actually yeah! The amenities close at 11pm and opens at 7am

The good aspects are: the area is quiet and serene; people are friendly; the whole area is neat and tidy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Till now, I have not faced any serious issues. However, the management team seems nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: Close to several universities and good connectivity to the center, restaurants and bars. Bad aspects: Noisy when you open the window as its close to the highway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Vox is quite fast in replying back to me. No problems so far. But suppose my issues will be addressed at the best.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to test my couches and beds before entering the house which varies from house to house but i was lucky to get a good one.
