Great area, lots to do and very dog friendly! Some construction in the distance but it doesn’t bother us at all.

I have something that needs fixing so I logged a maintenance request

Nothing really! Everything is as expected and nothing has come up

Very close to town, shops near by and the tram stop is only about 1 minute away so it is perfect for getting to work etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building responded very quickly via the app and arranged for someone to come check out the problem within the next working day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hot water tank for the shower is small and we expected there to be an electric shower rather than a water tank. We have since figured out how to work the water tank!

Very close to city centre, close to tram stop for commuting, nearby shops useful. Nice canals and pubs close by. Feels very safe and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported one issue shortly after moving in and the response was very quick and had it looked at the next working day.

We didn’t realise the variety of events, which have been a great perk and allows us to socialise.

Castlefield is a really nice area with a close proximity to Manchester City centre. There are lots of nice walks, good pubs and plenty of things to do nearby!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been really excellent when it comes to resolving issues or handling any problems that arise!

I think knowing how close we are to the tram stop would have made us move in quicker!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have a co-op and Tesco express which are very helpful for quick shopping. Cornbrook tram stop is only three minutes away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the building. The bins are collected in time and the street is clean and tidy with no cases of antisocial behaviour. The apartment is soundproof not unless you open the windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I submitted a repair request. My requests was acknowledged and a plumber was sent to check out the issues

The place is just perfect . The building has regular events monthly. At least 4 per month.
