Great location - easy access to waterfront, shops and city centre

Nothing that I can think of, good location and place to live.

What is the best feature of your home:

Big windows allowing plenty of light even in winter. Also very spacious particularly the kitchen/ living room

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location as it’s far enough from the noise of the city, but with it being a 10 minute walk down the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance requests I have raised have been responded to within 12 hours or less

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Reece and Annie who work on the front desk! They’re so fun and I wish I had been friends with them sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is pure bliss. As someone who has been renting for the previous two years, this is obviously the best option. It is quite tranquil and calm, which is one of the primary reasons I chose it. The views are spectacular, and the greatest part is walking out directly to the docks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I barely had any issues, even if there was anything it got solved on the day itself.

I viewed the place twice to be sure it was the right one and did not even like any other after viewing this so i already knew everything I needed to know before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Keel offers a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to the waterfront and local amenities. It's a great spot for those seeking tranquility while still being close to the city's attractions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been responded to ever so quickly and I'm always kept informed.

I am from Liverpool so I knew pretty much everything prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect with a myriad of shops restaurants and bars within easy walking reach of the keel.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently. Any issues are dealt with there and then or actioned as soon as possible.

Community utilities bills can sometimes be high…..
