5 minutes to everywhere. Super quiet. Couldn’t recommend it more. Worth the price. Recce and Annie are amazing!!!

Please review your development:

Excellent design. Flats are spacious. Has on site gym. Good layout. Could do with shelves on the walls. But I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone thinking of move to the Keel. If you need anything or have questions Recce is the one to ask. Hope this helps

Moving from London to the Keel has been like night and day. Easy transport, Tesco Express nearby, and a quiet enough area that I can walk my dog with zero fuss!

Please review your development:

Gorgeous place and lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble for the team working here, and a special shout-out to Reece! The man’s a wizard. Any maintenance issues are quickly fixed, and the whole community within the building is so lovely, with plenty of opportunities to socialise with them through building ran events such as live sport watch alongside and mini local markets in the lobby!

We wouldn’t live anywhere else!

You cannot beat the location of the Keel. So close to the city centre with absolutely everything on your doorstep without all the city life noise. Beautiful location looking out onto the docks, cathedral or Mersey. Absolutely no issues with bin locations and collections, an on-site gym with plenty of equipment and secure gated parking at a very reasonable price, it would be hard to get it cheaper anywhere else!

Please review your development:

The whole team are wonderful, nothing is too much to ask for, but I must give a shout-out to Reece – he truly is an asset to the building management team! We love seeing him at reception on his shifts, so friendly, goes above and beyond for anything and the Keel would certainly not be the same without him.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We feel like we live in a detached house, not an apartment block. We don’t hear anything from our neighbours, the design and walls are brilliant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been responded to and resolved promptly.
