Brilliant modern building to live in, well designed and feels quite homely. Amenities are great, particularly the lounge/working spaces and the rooftop which has a great view over the docks. The Apo team are also fantastic, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Really enjoy living here.

Perfect location in the centre of town with all the bars/restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Also within walking distance to all the transport links. Overall nice safe area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any issues we have had within the flat have been resolved quickly by the on-site maintenance team

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Apo team make an extra effort for seasonal occasions and decorate/put on events in the communal areas which is a nice touch. Makes the building feel very homely and welcoming.

Staff make it a nice place to live

Always clean and tidy, due to cleaners doing a great job. Could do with a dog waste bin just outside the building. Facilities are great, could do with a cupboard for hoover etc. side door access on the travelodge side would be beneficial. Elevators sometimes don’t work or are full of rubbish

Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Bin rooms aren’t great, due to other residents. Area is great, 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently. From desk are super helpful and friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of rude residents. The buildings postcodes can be a nightmare when ordering things online.

The design of this development is fantastic. It is modern, stylish but also simplistic to allow room for personalisation to make it your own home. The facilities are perfect for that luxury living feel with a modern gym, terrace showcasing a 360 of the city and events hosted throughout the year to network and build relationships within the building and city. The team at Apo at the Copper House have always been helpful with anything related or non related to the property. It is easy to contact the team if in need of help through whatsapp, phone and email with responses almost always instantaneously. I would recommend this property 100 times over if I could.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of local shops are brilliant in this location as it is directly next door to tesco express which is open until 12am. 2 minutes walk from a huge M&S foodhall, 7 minute walk from Aldi. There is a bus station 2 minute walk, and a 4 minute metro to the main train station directly outside the building. Restaurants, bars, shopping centre is surrounding this location. However there is no traffic affecting the location. It is peaceful and a conservative spot for couples, professionals and small families. I have never experienced antisocial behaviour in the three years I have lived at this property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every issue’s I have faced have always been addressed immediately, where it is a maintenance request or just providing help with giving clothes to charity to reduce my clutter!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known I was able to give charity clothes away sooner to the reception to deal with as this is a fantastic way of reducing clutter and living a more sustainable way of living. I also found out later on that the building offer plenty of discounts to residents at local vendors such as local hairdressers! This is a brilliant perk and one that I wish I used more.

The layout of the building has been well thought out, with gym on ground floor and lounge in top, and few have a roof terrace like this. What great views! The team are really welcoming as well and have arranged several events to drive socialising between tenants.

Location is perfect for social butterflies like ourselves and is relatively quiet with the ships, not so much bats, backing onto the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A few odd bits have been fixed, and are generally done quickly.

There is a gap beside law courts to make drunken walks home quicker!

Design is modern across the building and the apartments. Facilities are in good condition and keep getting improved like the recent refurbishment of the gym. Personally I have not experienced any major issues and any small thing that as dealt with by management quite fast

The best aspects is security and how fast issues are dealt with. The building is well maintained, clean with very little issues with other residents

Swiftly and professionally either via email or by speaking directly with management. They are always willing and available to help

Nothing comes to mind really, everything is straightforward
