Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington is a stunning building in a stunning location. For convenience and essentials stopping, there is a Sainsburys adjacent to the site, and a Tesco just a short walk away. If perhaps you fancy a nice meal or some drinks, the dock is situated very close; about a 5-10 minute scenic walk along the River Mersey. There is parking available for those who drive, but if you do not, buses are abundant around the local area as well as James Street train station nearby. There is a good waste system in the building, with a clear recycling strategy albeit the waste chutes that are available per floor seem to seldom work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues yet that have needed to be resolved, but the system for it in place is very trivial and easy to use.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets very hot in your apartment on the waterfront side during hot days, so factor that into your decision on which apartment you would want to choose.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

many areas to work from home with great views and a fully equipped gym. Super fast lifts, fast stable wifi.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond within minutes. super good. Dean, Kadira & Sophie and awesome.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

first time using an oven that is also a microwave. quite cool.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, quiet and peaceful, easy to commute and walk into the Centre. Would prefer parking to be available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and genuinely when we have raised a few issues. Swiftly rectified with genuine apologies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How many dogs were in the building. Not a major issue but can be quite noisy and chaotic at times in the lobby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington is in a fantastic location right on the water front with the most amazing views of the city. There is a number of coffee shops and local shops right on your door step. The onsite team are always on hold to answer any queries or questions for leasing where Dean Kilpatrick and Kadira Ali are great to deal with. Kyran Carrington is always very helpful and takes every opportunity to assit with any requests.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The onsite team are great always very responsive..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The onsite team made me aware of everything prior to moving in which helped me prepare for the move and plan what I needed to bring with me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing place to live with a great team who are always willing to help. Dean Kilpatrick made my move very smooth and was always there to help.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes everything has been sorted for me and staff was quick to reply.

Everything was shown to me before I moved in so I was happy with it all.
