Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love the community of the place, so many different people from different walks of life. Having a gym in the building makes me more active and I love that. It's a great location to city centre but not too close enough that it's loud. Having Ade at the front desk really brings the building together, he makes everyone feel welcome, a great mix between professional and friendly. He really knows how to brighten people and Lewis's beautiful eyes is just the icing on the cake. My brother suggested we get a vending machine in the building so it's nice to hear that we are getting a co-op next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick and efficient. They are also able to accommodate my working lifestyle.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the higher the floor, the better the view but unfortunately I let my fear of height get the better of me.

Area is great. Short walk to all the main shops and bars. Parking is sparse in the area. Really happy here.

Yes. Usually same day. Really friendly team and super responsive.

Good secure parking, local area has great food and drink options with Kargo markt & media city! Short drive or few tram stops away from the city centre.

The staff are great and highly responsive to anything raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would just say get into the Eda social area and get to know residents.

Pros Close enough to walk into Manchester but also a little out so not too busy Nice walks on your doorstep but still close to the city Great pubs and a few nice restaurants close by Never really get any anti-social behaviour or traffic noise Cons Still a little walk from the city fine for us but not as centre as some other places
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team here is fantastic. They're always available and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue, no matter how small. Whether it's a plumbing issue, fixing appliances, or even just replacing lightbulbs, they handle everything efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the area’s parking situation. It's definitely something to keep in mind if you have a car.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We are really close to town and transport links, so we save a lot of money on going out in the city as we don't have to get a taxi in and out. Their are some great local pubs and some lovely coffee shops close by. The Italian on the corner is fantastic and a bit further up chapel street is a delicious tapas restaurant. We have dogs so having Peel Park on our doorstep is so handy, can even make the walk longer by carrying on up to The Wetlands. We don't really hear much noise and we pay for a car parking space underneath the building for security and ease. There does seem to be a litter issue on the streets surrounding but it's gotten better over the years we have been here could still do with some work though!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We've had a few maintenance requests over the years, but we’re incredibly grateful for the support from the building management team. They truly went above and beyond, especially when we moved from our second flat to a larger third one. Not only did they help us transport our larger belongings, but they even assisted with reassembling our bed, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their dedication and willingness to lend a hand has made all the difference, and we really appreciate their exceptional service."
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
In hindsight, getting a designated parking space from the start would have been a better choice. Now, available spaces are scarce due to the restrictions on the roads, so if you have a car and use it regularly, securing a parking spot through the building is essential. Other tips would be when moving in use the trolleys available to help with the moving in process they are a big help :)
