Great location, modern facilities

Staff are wonderful and very friendly, always fix problems and answer queries quickly. Whenever a lift is broken, it will be sorted within the same day (usually within a few hours) and the communal areas are kept in very good condition. Everything is still modern. Only real inconvenience is that the toilet in reception has now been turned into 'staff only', so if want to hang out in the lounge (or have visitors downstairs) then you have to go all the way back to your apartment for a bathroom break.

Great, very safe location with lots of things to do nearby including the Imperial War Museum, Lowry Theatre, and free events and markets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only had one issue to report (I broke my blind) and had it sorted right there and then by Avril

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely worth getting a fan for the Summer, as the building gets very hot and there is no AC in the apartments (but save loads on heating bills in the winter)

A great place to live!

The design of the building is very good. The team are amazing and made living at The Green Rooms even more special! The only downside is that we were on the 15th floor and the apartment got very very warm most of the time which made it slightly uncomfortable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic - easy access to lots of bars and restaurants, plus the area feels very friendly for dog walks. The metrolink allows easy access into the city centre too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were always on hand to help and responded in a prompt manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The temperature of the building - it was warm during our initial viewing but this was during a heat wave so we didn’t realise it was going to be that warm all year round.

The gym is cleaned daily and has a good selection for its small size. It is modern and well designed. There are lots of areas to chill out and do work. The meeting room is particularly useful. I also make use of the bike store. It has views of the Manchester Shipping Canal which is so peaceful to watch the boats and swans pass by.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

MediaCityUK is a vibrate and modern waterfront location with excellent transport links. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby as well as cafes and shops. If you aren’t going live in the absolute centre of Manchester but want an urban lifestyle, this is the place to be. It is quiet and peaceful at night time. However, that also means that there is not much to do after midnight.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management staff respond to issues rapidly and thoroughly.

The value for money is excellent. The staff are dedicated to their job and always extremely helpful.

Love living here!

I have lived here for nearly four years now and love the flat, the balconies are large and the flat is bright and spacious. The building management are fantastic, Avril, Tom, Grace, Ewelina and all are always wonderful to deal with and any problems are solved quickly. It is a dog friendly building and I love living here with my rescue dog. It feels very secure having someone here at night too on the front desk with Tony and Jon both being stars.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are loads of great places to eat abd drink around here, new Kargo on the docks, cafes and pubs and bars. It feels safe to walk around late at night with my dog, the only issue is the cost of parking for visitors and guests is very expensive in the multi-stories, but there is a lot of public transport with the trams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful, but to be honest I have had minimal problems with the flat itself.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of cheap parking for guests/visitors, but that’s it!
