The development is close to lots of amazing bars, shops, public transport and facilities - as well as some lovely dog walks! It can get quite cold and windy by the canal but on the whole it is a lovely place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building was always very quick to respond to issues, apologising and fixing problems as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heat of the building - we were on one of the higher floors and there is no way we would have known how hot it gets on one viewing.

The area is a lovely place to live. A local shop near by to grab essentials as well a range of bars, coffee shops and food places to pick from. The area is quiet at nice.

There's a lot to like with the location of the Green Rooms. You're surrounded by a lot of good places to go out and socialise with the Lowry and Kargo Mkt very close by as well as tram links a couple minutes walk away. One critique would be the cars racing outside at night but this isn't an everyday thing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick and attentive to any issues we have had and quick to resolve them.

The Apartments can get very hot. Which is a good and bad thing depending on the season.

Near the tram and a car park and lots of options around for things to do and places to eat. Some noise at night but I feel safe around Media City. I’m very lucky to have a flat that looks over the water and the sunsets are incredible!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management always responds quickly and maintenance are lovely and have fixed all my issues without problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can get really hot so I’d recommend getting a portable air conditioner. On the plus side, I have never turned my heating on the whole time I’ve lived here. Parking is also very expensive for a monthly permit.
