Green Rooms, Mediacity is a fantastic choice for those looking for convenience and peaceful living. The complex is situated in a great location, with several transportation options and grocery stores located just a short walk away. Additionally, the apartments themselves are well-appointed and offer plenty of natural light and modern amenities. Despite its central location, the complex is surprisingly peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, Green Rooms is a great option for those who want to enjoy a convenient and tranquil lifestyle

Green Rooms Apartment has an efficient and responsive building management team that addresses problems promptly, ensuring that residents have a positive living experience. This creates a sense of value and support, making residents feel well-cared for and appreciated. Overall, the good building management at Green Rooms Apartment contributes to a high level of resident satisfaction.

Residents may want to consider is the availability of parking alternatives. While the complex is conveniently located near transportation options, it may be beneficial for those who have a car to research and explore parking alternatives in the area. This could include paid parking options, street parking regulations, or nearby parking garages. By researching parking alternatives beforehand, residents can ensure that they have a convenient and secure place to park their vehicles.

Great, very safe location with lots of things to do nearby including the Imperial War Museum, Lowry Theatre, and free events and markets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only had one issue to report (I broke my blind) and had it sorted right there and then by Avril

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely worth getting a fan for the Summer, as the building gets very hot and there is no AC in the apartments (but save loads on heating bills in the winter)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fantastic - easy access to lots of bars and restaurants, plus the area feels very friendly for dog walks. The metrolink allows easy access into the city centre too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were always on hand to help and responded in a prompt manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The temperature of the building - it was warm during our initial viewing but this was during a heat wave so we didn’t realise it was going to be that warm all year round.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

MediaCityUK is a vibrate and modern waterfront location with excellent transport links. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby as well as cafes and shops. If you aren’t going live in the absolute centre of Manchester but want an urban lifestyle, this is the place to be. It is quiet and peaceful at night time. However, that also means that there is not much to do after midnight.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management staff respond to issues rapidly and thoroughly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The value for money is excellent. The staff are dedicated to their job and always extremely helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are loads of great places to eat abd drink around here, new Kargo on the docks, cafes and pubs and bars. It feels safe to walk around late at night with my dog, the only issue is the cost of parking for visitors and guests is very expensive in the multi-stories, but there is a lot of public transport with the trams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very helpful, but to be honest I have had minimal problems with the flat itself.

Lack of cheap parking for guests/visitors, but that’s it!
