Building management is excellent. They are prompt in addressing any queries. Facilities are outstanding. I have requested for a mattress replacement and it was serviced within couple of days. Apartment is well maintained and serviced regularly. Lounge access is convenient for WFH.

It’s quite convenient to shops and bars. Most of them are 5 mins away by walk. Victoria station is also in walkable distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Prompt response. I have requested for mattress and bulb replacements. Building management has serviced within couple of days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Free health & living classes are conducted regularly which is a boost for tenants.

Very good location close to shops

Back gate never works with my key and is sometimes out of action for weeks. Sliding doors in A block break often and was out of action for a week. But very clean spaces and reception helpful. Balconies are nice Not given loads of storage such as wardrobe small and lights are very dull, so need lights for inside wardrobe

Very good location close to shops, would be nice to have a closer cafe or something but overall very good

Yes they have but welcome pack on arrival would have been helpful.

Best location. Best value for money. New building. There is a gym too. Won't find better in the city centre. It's clean and everyone is very kind and helpful. The interior design is amazing although some furnitures could have been newer. I wouldn't change it.

Bars are very close. Shops are close. Restaurants are close. Everything is good and there is no better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly to most of them. But there where some cases that I am not happy.

Not that much flexibility when it comes to maintenance issues.

Secure parking space is not available. No built-in intercom system and no door bell for each flat. Prefer no corridor for a two-bedroom flat. Prefer bigger bedrooms. Better for a balcony for each floorplan layout. There are no cupboards for the bathrooms.

The flat has no door bell and intercom system to communicate with guests.

Great place to live

Development feels modern and has great amenities. Gym is quite well equipped compared with similar developments and has a co-working space on the ground floor with free coffee. 24 hour concierge is great but sometimes the staff could be more efficient dealing with requests and getting parcels. 2 socials held every year in summer and at Christmas which adds to the community feel. Overall it’s a great development to live in for young professionals living in the city.

Location is great and close to the Arndale and Deansgate with lots of shops and bars nearby. Potentially some new cafes/bars opening in the nearby railway arches which will add to the character of the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No major issues raised so can’t comment but maintenance issues fixed fairly swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Recycling doesn’t have a separate bin shoot and has to be taken down to the car parking and sorted there. Also the lifts are very temperamental and can take ages to arrive with no floor indicators on any of the floors apart from the ground floor.
