Expensive, pay for location rather than quality.

Great communal areas. No parking is available. Lower level flats get view of a carpark, rather than the city as promised. Also the couches given with the flat are very uncomfortable, and there's only two chairs. Despite this all other appliances in the flat are great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great facilities, next to town and News Street, but can be loud at night especially since next to UCB.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, usually very promptly, there is a very easy way of reporting through an app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The walls are paper thin so can hear your neighbours. Also there is no parking and the area around it is pay and display.

Happy at the Hub

The Hub, HA1

Jul 2024

We love the location of the Hub, right next to Harrow on the Hill station on the Met line. The underground parking is a great bonus (at extra cost but well worth it). Jessica is a fantastic help with any requests. The landlord is quick to help with repairs or maintenance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Hub is in a very central location, and that does occasionally come with some noise and a busy street outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jessica has been consistently brilliant at handling any and all requests for repairs and maintenance

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very warm, which is amazing in winter as we only turned our heating on once all year. It means that in summer they are very hot, but we just always have the windows open and a fan on

Modern development in a quiet place

Lochrin Quay, EH3

Jul 2024

The building is modern with good access, lift and underground parking. The neighbours are friendly, quiet and try their best to look after the building and communal spaces such as the courtyard, parking and corridors. Overall I was very satisfied with everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet neighborhood, excellent location with lots of amenities and close to city centre. Clean with convenient parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was very easy to raise issues via FlexiFlo ans all issues were responded to promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything. All information was given.

An average place to be

John S (Tenant)

The Horizon, SE10

Jul 2024

The design of the buildings are rather ugly to be frank. The brightly coloured cladding feels cheap and I would prefer coloured brick for the facade. The rec room on the ground floor is very good however and I enjoy the pool table. I'm very disappointed in how long it took the management to properly prepare the building to be ready in the event of fire.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is fairly uninteresting but it is reasonably quiet. Elverson road DLR stop is close but other than that transport is limited to buses

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been lucky enough to not require any repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The closest cafes/restaurants/pub is either deptford high street or new cross road

Very good location close to shops

E (Tenant)

GreenGate, M3

Jul 2024

Back gate never works with my key and is sometimes out of action for weeks. Sliding doors in A block break often and was out of action for a week. But very clean spaces and reception helpful. Balconies are nice Not given loads of storage such as wardrobe small and lights are very dull, so need lights for inside wardrobe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location close to shops, would be nice to have a closer cafe or something but overall very good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but welcome pack on arrival would have been helpful.
