The Hub is in a very central location, and that does occasionally come with some noise and a busy street outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jessica has been consistently brilliant at handling any and all requests for repairs and maintenance

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very warm, which is amazing in winter as we only turned our heating on once all year. It means that in summer they are very hot, but we just always have the windows open and a fan on

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cannot beat this apartment in terms of location as everything is a stones throw away. Tube, bus station, grocery and a lot more within 2-3 minutes walk. Ample car park space available so no problems there as well. Rent prices are above average but the location makes everything worthwhile.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very helpful and always assisted in any issues that I have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You don’t need a car if you are renting here (unless you have a little one) as the bus and train station are within 2 minutes walk.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We live in The Hub and its right in middle of town center providing us all the essentials facilities we ever need as a family. The tube station is very close which is so convenient for office travel, we like it a lot

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always polite and helpful, ready to help and listen whenever you have any issues

Nothing as such, everything is good so far , dont have anything specific to share here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very nice to live at the centre of the town east access to all transportation and all shopping mall are near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues has been raised by me yet as everything is perfect as I want and dreamt of it

Easy available transportation and short distance food shops

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything within reach, great access to public transport , great restaurants and shopping mall is a bonus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not all of them , some queries take longer to resolve

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Had no expectations of the area, so the good thing is the bus straight to Harrow
