Canary Wharf is an excellent area to live in – Canary Wharf mall, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Very well-connected with nearby DLR and tube stations. It is also notably safe, clean, and peaceful with low noise.

Sailmakers is an absolute gem among Canary Wharf – the facilities are top-notch and the staff are super friendly and on it when you need anything sorted. The events they host are a great way to meet your neighbours and have a great time while meeting like-minded people.

It’s hard to believe how amazing and frequent the events they organized are if you don’t experience it – Special thanks to Darian for the latest cocktail class and sip and paint! We really had an amazing time, while learning new cocktail recipes that were brilliant. Loved that Picante spice rum cocktail!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficiently, generally you will have it fixed the same day or the next day. They have full-time staff in-house that are familiarized with the building so they can pretty much fix everything, which makes it very efficient.

The building is absolutely top notch, its top-tier quality from the ground up. The area is spotless. One of my favourite staff members from Fizzy Hayes is Ha. She’s always very kind and helpful. Always answer any question that I have.

Please review your development:

The amenities are excellent here , with co working where you can work from home & 10th floor rooftop to relax. There is game room by the entrance offers a fun and relaxing atmosphere with a many different of activities, making it a great place to unwind with friends and pet station in another block.

The team arranging party like every months , epic party with free foods and free drinks and games you name it. all we have to do is turn up and have fun and catch up with neighbours. Free treat to all of us on special occasion.

Have to pay extra for parking space.
Great community here , my neighbours have helped me out so many times

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problem & all my repairs raised has been dealt with promptly

Our first few weeks at The Well House – Very Good

We have not explored much as yet as still fairly new to the area but the supermarkets a short drive away and the train links seem good enough for London.

Please review your development:

We hadn’t considered moving to area, I was just browsing when I came across the development and decided to book a tour through Jezza, a member of the onsite management team who was prompt but not at all pushy on emails. Jezza was also there to give us the tour of the development and potential apartments available and helped us with all the information we needed to make a decision. She also managed the lease signing process and again was informative and always able to come back with answers in a timely manner. I am quite glad she part of the management team.

Furthermore, I would like to mention Stuart of the maintenance team who showed up fairly quickly after another member of the management team, Christopher Dias, helped us register a request. Stuart worked out the issue in a short period of time and provided us a solution which was implemented shortly afterwards within the timeframe he told us. He was polite and friendly and even helped us resolve a smaller issue we identified when he came to the apartment for the initial request.

Overall, the buildings are really well designed and the facilities really are very good, all the equipment is top notch and it seems the management and maintenance teams are too. So far, very happy with our interactions with the people and the buildings.

Nothing, Jezza informed us of everything we so far felt we needed to know.
Our interaction with maintenance has been good and my interactions with other management team members also great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the management – Christopher helping us register a request and Stuart (maintenance team) were great experiences. Stuart was able to resolve any problem we had in a very short timeframe – 5 Stars.

Many tenants have noted that the team is approachable and quick to take action, ensuring that any concerns are addressed in a timely manner, which has contributed to a smooth and stress-free living experience.
