Love living in kingscross lots of cool coffee shops and restaurants and easy train connections to the rest of london and europe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt response , very attentive, very helpful management that go out of their way to fix any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I know about this place sooner and could’ve moved in sooner

Author is excellent but would have loved to have sauna/steam/pool. King’s Cross is lovely however have had the theft happen on Randolph street and that street only is a cause or concern. Staff are amazing especially Anthony, Del, Nelson, Samson, and maria. All of their service is outstanding. Anthony has always been extremely helpful and always has a smile ready to serve to the best of his abilities:)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. They are always very responsive although the website can improve

I wish we had more classes and events but am grateful for what we have

Nice location, underground, national and international rail service near by. The amenities are excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very helpful and respond very quickly, great team.

The rent only system is different than normal landlord renting system, in a good way.

Great location, right beside coal drops yard with tons of variety of food and shopping. kings cross station is near by as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always try their best. The receptionist are the best people ever. Issues, while VERY COMMON, gets fixed in a few days, and all due to the receptionist’s diligence in handling these matters as well as the engineers.

If you prioritize living in a great and accessible place, this is it for you, but dont expect amenities to last very long. (Toilet paper construction)

Quiet yet so convenient for Kings Cross and lots of great restaurants and shops locally and calm gardens

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Needed to check water meter reading and this was quickly sorted.

It was even better than we were expecting - can’t think of anything we wished we’d known
