Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

King's cross area is amazing! It's so easy to get to work with the train station being so close. Also, I always have new restaurants to try in the area, and they have all been so delicious! It's so nice living around here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So quickly and efficiently! I had so many questions, especially when I just moved in, but they dealt with everything so well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the area! At first, I didn't explore a lot, but after being here for a bit, I go out around here all the time! I just hope that they get added to the King's cross app, we get 25% off in local places!

Modern life in central London

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenience is great incl transport, variety of shop is very good, however it feels gratuitous to have some "eat london" representation because that is not what this district is. Be honest... it's well-to-do and it's not east london and trying to be so makes it feel fake. But this is a minor comment. What KC lacks is a feeling of local community. It's an attraction for so many ppl and for local residents it lacks a feeling of being local e.g. your local pub... but I appreciate that is hard fora new postcode.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great. But this place is the people - please don't let anyone in. Atmosphere and a feeling of community are IMPORTANT!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. Sorry if you think this answer is to short, but that's how I feel.

There are so many great facilities, restaurants and shops around! The parking is great, the bin collections are very good. We really like living here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been great! we had an issue with the washing machine and they sorted out immediately - - -

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You are going to be asking yourself why you have not been earlier here before?
