The design of the place is super modern

Review Date Sep 2024

As a younger resident- I find the open spaces very relaxing and well maintained.
I have never had any transportation issues and I find it really easy to navigate.
I love that the building is recycling and has trash bags that are eco friendly.
There is zero outside noise except from airplanes which you do hear once in a while.

Please review your development:

I have lived every second of living in my building and don’t regret a thing.
The design of the place is super modern and when you enter the building you get a very relaxing feeling.
The stuff is very polite and nice which is great.
Everytime I had any problems in my apartment, in a matter of days- an engineer will come and fix it. I am very grateful for it.

The whole area around us is very safe and guarded.

Living in Canary Wharf is great. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars, and the riverside views are amazing. Transport links are excellent, with the Jubilee Line, DLR, and Elizabeth Line making it easy to get around. The area is clean modern, and mostly quiet, with regular bin collections and no major problems with noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a lively, convenient place to live.

Please review your development:

The development is well-designed, with modern apartments and spacious layouts. Facilities like communal areas are always clean and well-maintained. Building management is efficient and responsive, while property management keeps everything running smoothly. Negotiator Emilia was very friendly! She helped me a lot to rent the flat in this place and set up everything. Overall, a great place to live!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was going well. Emilia, the negotiator, is fantastic! She showed everything. And then she helped me to make an offer and complete a referencing. I didn’t notice any negative aspects that were hidden from me.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is quick and efficient in resolving issues.

Canary Wharf is great, good events organised through an app and easy to commute etc. restaurants are not bad too and there are decent options for drinks.

Please review your development:

The apartment itself is great and well furnished. It’s also super well maintained with same day repairs etc.

I really enjoy attending the events here – Darian does a great job introducing new types of activities and I also enjoy the repeat events like sip and paint. Outside of events he is also friendly and welcoming whenever I run into him at reception ☺️

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes the events have limited spaces but the organisers are usually very communicative about sign ups etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, some minor faults with shower and kitchen exhaust fan were resolved very quickly.

Canary Wharf is an excellent area to live in – Canary Wharf mall, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Very well-connected with nearby DLR and tube stations. It is also notably safe, clean, and peaceful with low noise.

Please review your development:

Sailmakers is an absolute gem among Canary Wharf – the facilities are top-notch and the staff are super friendly and on it when you need anything sorted. The events they host are a great way to meet your neighbours and have a great time while meeting like-minded people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s hard to believe how amazing and frequent the events they organized are if you don’t experience it – Special thanks to Darian for the latest cocktail class and sip and paint! We really had an amazing time, while learning new cocktail recipes that were brilliant. Loved that Picante spice rum cocktail!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficiently, generally you will have it fixed the same day or the next day. They have full-time staff in-house that are familiarized with the building so they can pretty much fix everything, which makes it very efficient.
