Incredible building - modern, state of the art, well-designed and luxurious. Very friendly and attentive concierge staff team. Great facilities - gym, postal room, pantree, WFH space, terrace and BBQ. Building and property management and generally on top of issues and respond to any problems raised.

Brilliant restaurants, transport, cleanliness, safety and luxury. No home-style cafes, and shops are a bit too up-market.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very responsive, and any issues are fixed quickly.

The sofas are very stylish, but not too comfy! Not the biggest issue though

Nice & clean building with modern well designed rooms. Reception is always so friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, has a study/work area, a terrace, gym, coffee area, and dining space for friends/parties. Management is quick to respond always!

Huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, open areas near building, all so friendly and great service as well. New places opening up all the time too

Responds quickly on the vertus app, send engineers when needed and follows up with you as well

Great living experience but the flat faces builders building another building, difficult to get some privacy when they are working

It is amazing and the staff are lovely and everything is always clean. The engineering team are always fast to come fix any issues we have. They have a new gym that has so many good equipments. They have a common area with some games and they host many interesting events.

Everything is nearby and you have jubilee line and Elizabeth line around 10 minutes away so it’s perfect for transporting around London as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are really fast and cooperative. Everything is done through the app.

That you don’t have free parking spaces around there and the nearest is the mall parking I think

Building management and property management are great! Design is beautiful. Facilities great and recently redone gym is a bonus! Design of the apartments are modern, light and airy and furniture is super high quality. Building itself is brilliant as are the concierge staff

So many great restaurants and shops around! Fair amount of open and green spaces. Very quiet area which is brill.

Generally respond very well to issues. Very good communication around repairs etc.

There is a lot of building work happening in the area and this seems endless at least for the next few years!

Design is amazing 5/5. All facilities except for the gym are excellent. It is also very convenient that your guests can stay in the separate room at the same building. Management is quick to response and very polite. It would be good if tenants were asked what they would like to see when something is being renovated (gym).

Very nice area! All personnel are very good and professional. Sometimes fixing stuff takes way too much time and Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired. However, all the facilities make up for it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responses are quick, however, they can’t say for sure when something is going to be fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest, nothing comes to mind. The only thing I am not happy about is the gym, but that would not affect my choice.
