Dressage Court, E2

Nov 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, being such a short distance from good train connections and walking distance from places like Hackney and Shoreditch. The street can be noisy sometimes with cars and trains, but the building is well insulated and 8/10 you can’t hear a thing!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever issues have arisen, the building management team have responded incredibly quickly. Most issues are solved within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That this is the peak! Renting doesn’t get any better than this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So much to do in Bethnal green, close to broadway market, Victoria park and shoreditch. The only downside is being so close to the railway

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve responded right away and any issues problems were fixed within 24h

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, everything is well explained before moving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well connected, close to the underground and overground. A few stops away from central London. Very close to the overground but you can’t hear it with the windows/doors closed, the building has great soundproofing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they did everything imaginable to get the flat ready for us to move in. Replaced all of the furniture, painted the flat, re-grouted the bathroom etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bethnal Green area can be a bit dodgy towards the station, sometimes feel unsafe at certain times of the day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Staying in Bethnal Green is a fantastic experience, especially if you appreciate a mix of green spaces and urban convenience. This 1-bedroom flat is perfectly situated, close to beautiful parks like Victoria Park and Weavers Fields, both ideal for morning jogs or leisurely afternoon strolls. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the vibrant Columbia Road Flower Market, which brings the area to life every Sunday with its colorful displays and local vendors. The nearby Broadway Market is another gem, offering an array of fresh produce, artisan goods, and unique street food. Bethnal Green’s diverse community and variety of local shops, cafes, and galleries add a unique charm, making this flat’s location truly hard to beat. It’s an ideal base for anyone wanting to experience the best of East London’s lively yet relaxed vibe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were always very fast and responsive to any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to declare here, it is a very good place and area

Riverstone Heights, E3

Nov 2024

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Riverstone heights is a perfect spot for those who love the city lifestyle as well as some tranquility. I love that the nearest tube station is just a mere two minutes walk from the building. Moreover central London is just 15 mins away from it. I have been out from the crack of dawn till the night, however I always found the area safe. In terms of convenience, a Tesco superstore is just a stone throw away. I also love the new gym that opened a month ago which is available 24 hours a day. I love the fact that although I am close to central London, there is no traffic noise or anti- social behaviour or litter issues. The area gives you the best of both worlds of enjoying city life as well as coming home and relaxing the peace and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are very prompt in issues raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before I moved in, there was still building works carried out. Once all the refurbishments were completed, I really got blown away with the 360 degree view of London you get to experience at the rooftop.
