Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is great. It could do with maybe a supermarket a bit closer but on the whole we love it. Transport links are great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do take a long time to fix certain issues, we are still waiting on some repairs from Summer but they are only minor. The front desk are lovely and so friendly though when noting any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How much we would love living here :) It’s the best flat we have ever had in London by a mile.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a quiet and peaceful residential area. While there are not many pubs and bars around Canary wharf is a short walk or bike ride a way and you can find everything you need there. There's a Sainsbury's nearby and also a cute bakery/cafe and park a short walk away. The canal is also close by and I often go running there. Hackney Wick is also a 15 minute bike ride away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been a few minor issues and they've always been addressed immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Some flats have minor differences in colour scheme and details despite the layouts being more or less the same.

It's a great area full of character, people are friendly and there's some great food locally. It's also really close to two different DLR stations.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and professionally. I had an issue with a part not fitting properly, which was ordered and fixed within the week.

About the community centre outside, on occasions it can be noisy

I love my area and my local shop. I've found everyone to be very friendly and likeable. Nice restaurants on East india Dock road, so round the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a few issues with hot water and a hole in the ceiling and it was sorted almost straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location makes me a little uneasy. But being a woman, I expected this anywhere in London.

Just moved in and was greeted by Shafi at the front desk. He was very helpful and answered many of our basic questions. The location is fairly good, with the DLR and busses from Poplar only a few minutes walk away. Haven't sought out groceries, but there appear to be no big chains around, so a slight negative. Given the proximity to the main road, it is very quiet in our unit.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have only been in the flat for 24 hours but our questions have been answered thus far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would have known where the walkway to the main entrance was. It's easy to walk around the backside of the building and get a bit lost.
