Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient (within a 5 minute walk) for supermarket, two gyms, post office, library, tube station, and some high street shops. Apartments with a southwest facing view have a stunning panorama across the Thames. For dogs, limited walking options are Bow Creek Reserve or city island - for larger parks you need to take the Jubilee line to Southwark Park or Victoria Park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly, they respond within 24 hours and keep us updated if the issue will take longer to solve than that.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Definitely recommend flats on the higher floors, to reduce the noise from the trains that pass by below; train noise can be loud when the windows are open but barely heard when windows are closed. Not a lot of people know there is an unloading bay with direct access to the large elevator for moving belongings into the building more easily. Ask a member of staff and they’ll be able to open it - this isn’t publicised enough!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to the tube station with good connections. Amenities around the building are very convenient. Traffic noise is manageable but loud during the day. Jubilee is a night tube so there is always the hum of trains. Windows in the flat are good to block out sound, however in the summer it can be loud at night. Bin collection is regular and never any issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes and promptly. Acknowledgement of issues happens almost immediately during the week. Someone comes to help with 24-48 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Higher the better, south-facing flats, west side. These offer a great view of the O2 and face away from the loud street and construction.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area boasts a diverse selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants, catering to various tastes and budgets. Parks and open spaces are easily accessible, providing great spots for relaxation and recreation. Transport links are convenient, with regular bus routes and a nearby subway station, though traffic congestion can sometimes be an issue during peak hours. Living on my street is generally quiet, with good parking availability and timely bin collections. However, there have been occasional reports of anti-social behavior, particularly in the evenings, which can be disruptive. Overall, it’s a vibrant community with a few minor challenges.

All issues were dealt with thoroughly and quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All things were communicated earlier and maybe things like supermarkets can be advertised.
