reallly convenient,a little bit far from bin store and it is very cumbersome to get there,i feel very unsafety from the anti social behaviour
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
roy is very helpful since there are mandarin service had been working.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
But there are stranger knocked of my door and try to use key to open it,unfortunlately i use chain cable. they did not open it successful.

Coppermaker Square is located a stones throw from Westfield Mall, which is great because of its proximity to basically everything one might need. It also brings with it a lot of foot traffic, noise and anti-social behavior. Since we moved in, there has been a robbery inside the foyer of one of the bulidings, phone thefts on the sidewalk outside of CMS, and countless stories of pickpockets and general ne'er-do-well's abound. In light of the recent security concerns, CMS has upped their security game, though, so that's good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management is fairly prompt when addressing repair and maintenance. We've made a couple of requests, and they're always dealt with in a timely fashion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
With the football stadium so close, any time there's a match, theres a catterpillar like trail of loud footy fans that file from Stratford station, to London Arena before and after the match, and they're always kind of noisy.. But it's not too bad.

The location is very convenient for me to access the shopping center, that save me a lot of time for getting groceries and other daily necessities. Another big plus is that it locates right next to a major tube station, commuting is usually hassle free for me though traffic noise nearby may occasionally catch my attention.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responses are timely. Solutions offered work. Problems solved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We cannot use the VPN while using the residential wi-fi. I hope that can improve in the future

Westfield area is very convenient. It is easy to get to and very close to my school. The transport in Stratford gets me easily to Central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Front desk team is very helpful. Szymon is nice to talk to very friendly and professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Some of the bills that are not included are quite high. Homebox which is the provider can overcharge for their services.

The surrounding is well-developed and very convenient. Shop variety is wide-ranged which I can go shopping within my area without going to anywhere else. Transport is brilliant. There is no place in London where it it can offer five Tube lines with such convenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The repair & maintenance team is responsive and professional. It acts fast too. Fantastic job.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would be grateful to know that I had to register at the Royal Mail once my contract had been signed. Many brands who offer online shopping service do not have my apartment address. I ended up going to stores for shopping.
