Really nice concierge, safe part of Stratford, close to the station but the building is away from the crowd. Very nice and helpful concierge. A sense of community in here, lots of events and activities. Stratford always has many lines so this is very convenient.

Excellent location, array of shops with Westfield at your doorstep. So close to the station and you can get to anywhere in no time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite quick and responsible, a portal that is regularly monitored and the concierge team is very helpful

The gym is quite small and its hard to find parking, but the whole experience offset it

Great place to live overall

This development is probably one of the best built in London in terms of property management and quality of appliances. The views are espectacular and its so close to the tube. The apartment design is great, but the only issue is that there is no enough storage space

Best development in London. Got a park next door and great views. This place has everything I need, 5 supermarkets within 10mins and the tube superclose.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes there is 1/3 elevators not working, but they sort it within one day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

After the pandemic, there was too big of a queue to get home due to games and concerts

It has really been a great experience living here, I suggest living on the top floors with a view. People living in this building are also very nice and seems to be all young professionals.

Building management I can bet, best in Stratford and most likely anywhere in London. Specially, concierge here is a real plus for me. Very nice people and always there to help. In terms of design, I have seen more luxurious apartments and I feel this one is more on the simple side. Everything is more functional but still keeping the design elegant

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Best thing about this place is that is has it all. Its clean, location cannot be better and the concierge service is 10/10. As Westfield is next door, there are so many options for delivery and they bring it to your doorstep. I would say only con is the bin collection on Sundays it gets too full and smelly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Superfast, they came the next day I called or sent an email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One good thing that I got and was unexpected was the great concierge service. A bad thing that I wish I knew was that to enter the gym, I had to pay £30 for induction and if you cannot make it, you will need to pay that again

The management team do very good job of maintaining the high quality of service above all going out their way to keep the area clean and trouble-free I feel safe knowing they are here and they’re always here to help in every way.

There is nothing I dislike about the area the place well maintained open space that I love friendly people, all the shops that I need I don’t have one thing to complain about I’m afraid.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded in the best way they can and at times above and over friendly helpful outstanding team.

I wish I knew about the wind between the buildings.

The design is beautifullying made. The neighbours are friendly and there is a Facebook group which we use to communicate. The team here are amazing. The layout of the flat works very well for what I need. You have everything in the park, and the swimming pool is great.

Great connection close to everything you need. The only downside is that a few buildings about are unfinished.

Nothing , I knew all I needed to know when I moved in.
