Lendlease reviews “Elephant Park encompasses all the main factors I looked for in a long term investment in central London. Firstly, the price was affordable for a high specification project set amidst a generous layout of green spaces with well planned amenities for everyone, young and old. The interior space, of my 3-room flat, in particular is very well designed and comes equipped with superior quality appliances and fittings, to ensure better reliability and durability. The communal areas too enjoy a high level of maintenance and upkeep, and with the upcoming opening of the Central Shopping Street, Elephant Park will undoubtedly become a residential landmark in Central London .. The development is great with a nice gym and park right next door. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful; they respond quickly to any questions. I really like having a 24 hour gym located in the building. The appliances are also good quality. The induction hob is especially great.

The development is well made and well maintained. The gym is fairly well equipped for a residential gym. The management are friendly and helpful - they are a real highlight of living in the building. There is also a community lounge and games room, but they are almost never used.

It would be great to introduce more machines in the gym Common room areas would benefit from mire plug sockets Greater organisation in receiving mail, maybe a bigger locker so that these can all be stored? One night shift receptionist is very rude and hostile, not an asset to the wider team

Pro: Nice, fresh, smells nice, nice gym Con: I’ve had issues w my property that I’ve reported to management in dec (it’s now February) and they still havent been addressed. In my case, my bathroom smells so bad bc of drainage issues. Another con is that they are marketing a room that you can rent for private events. It looks nice but costs 50 pounds per hour (?!) to rent. That is crazy

Park Central West is a great place to live - the communal areas are brilliant with a gym, games room with a pool table, entertaining spaces and co-working space. This is great particularly for people like us living in a 1 bedroom apartment. The flats are well laid out and spacious with a great sized / shape balcony. Lovely bathroom which is spacious and has good storage. Slightly more storage in the bedroom would be appreciated but this is the nature of new builds it seems. Building management and concierge are generally friendly and helpful. I have recommended a few friends to live here now!
