Design wise, can’t complain. Building management is bad. We have had 6 managers in 2 years and none of them have never improved a thing, actually it got worst. Already obsolete as per climate change. Solar panels should be used to give residents hot water rather than waste the energy on car chargers .

Lack of shops it is not necessary a bad thing. Restaurants? We have a few in Deptford. I think we need more restaurants and cafes though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the solar would have been used to provide hot water to residents

What is the best feature of your home:

The space, we have space on our rooms and a lovely balcony .

Fixing speed is a bit slow. I didn’t here the reply for a long time after I reported the issue. A gym downstairs would be perfect because many people need it. There is no common room and sharing dining room could be use here. That might be more attractive if it has.

Nice decoration! Very conscience. I met friendly neighbors here. The reception is 24 hours. Near the tube station.

What should I do if I want to keep my friends overnight?

What is the best feature of your home:

Location convenient!!!it would be the best if it have more than one bus/tube station with 3mins walk
