Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of tesco express, sainsburys local and waitrose within walking distance. You can hear the cars drive over the nearby bridge when window is open but it isn't too loud with the window closed. Very convenient walk to cutty sark and greenwich stations.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond quickly to our maintenance requests.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Would have been good to know that it's best to order groceries into the building as opposed to shopping locally.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Within 5 minute walk of central Greenwich which has an array of shops, restaurants and bars. Also good transport links and close to the park. Negatives are noise and sometimes crime but this is the case across most of London
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - any problems raised with building management were looked at within a couple of days and were very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One negative thing is the length of time the construction outside the building has been ongoing for and results in sometimes a lot of noise as well as dirty windows

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is in a lovely area, full of shops, bars and restaurants and just 5 mins walk from one of London’s most beautiful parks. The only bad aspect that I can think of is that the area is becoming a bit dodgy but I guess this is happening everywhere in London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In a timely and very effective manner every time I needed support
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing specific to highlight, it’s always met my expectations and exceeded them too

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Greenwich is great, and there's a Waitrose just across the road from the flat. While the DLR is hard to access at the moment due to repairs, Greenwich station is just a few extra minutes walk and offers the same transport options and more. There's also a bus stop just outside the flat and more down the road. The only dodgy area is the one just outside the Weatherspoons by the Cutty Sark station. There are often drunk and noisy people blocking the sidewalk. Never witnessed any violent behaviour though.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have an app to handle queries and it never takes long to respond. Through the app you can even book maintenance for private jobs at a very small price.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were a little surprised by the utilities cost, it's coming to an average of £40 more than the fixed amount taken in by the building every month. We didn't know there would be works done on the outside of the building with means there's often someone hanging outside our window and sometimes it can get really noisy, but they manage it very well (it's never for more than a few hours at a time) so it wouldn't have been a deal breaker.
