Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of groceries shops close by, including a large Tesco less than a 5 minute walk away. Some good restaurants also and a great family friendly park (Hilly Fields). The transport links are incredibly convenient and quite literally a 1 minute walk from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and with understanding. We requested a bigger bed when we first moved, for example, and Tyrra and Jonathan acted quickly to replace the bed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No negatives that stand out so far, but the apartment comes with a bike, which would be good to have only optionally, as we never use it

This area it’s a nice area. It’s close to city center, we have a train, DLR and lots of buses going in all the directions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very promptly and very politely. They go above and beyond for us, the tenants.

If I knew that I would love to live here so much I would have moved it in sooner.

Lewisham, London, offers a vibrant urban lifestyle with excellent amenities and transport links. The area features diverse shopping options, including Lewisham Shopping Centre, and a wide range of dining choices, from Mediterranean to Caribbean cuisines. Nearby green spaces like Blackheath and Greenwich Park provide spots for relaxation. Transport is highly convenient, with the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), National Rail, and numerous bus routes offering easy access to central London. While living near major roads can bring some traffic noise, parking availability varies. Lewisham also faces occasional issues with anti-social behavior, but community efforts are actively enhancing safety.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Fizzy Lewisham is very responsive and helpful. Whenever I have any complaints or issues, I can directly call the building manager or reach out to representatives Jonathan and Tyrra, who are always quick to assist and ensure that everything is sorted efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving into Fizzy Lewisham is that the area can be a bit noisy during rush hour due to nearby traffic, especially on weekdays. However, the building has good noise cancellation if you keep the windows closed, which makes a big difference and keeps things quiet inside.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super convenient to commute. 3 minutes walking distance to the dlr and train station. Bus stations are also nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very professional building management team. When there's an issue with our flat, Tyrra and Jonathan always respond timely and provide solution. Kudos to them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mattress is a bit too soft, not very friendly to someone who has back pain.

great commuting links in the area. On the downside it can be a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

in general, they're pretty fast at solving issues.

didn't have any major issues since I've moved here, what you see is what you get.
