The flats are stunning, well equipped and well maintained thanks to a dedicated maintenance team. The facilities such as the gym, parcel room or shared working space make it an ideal living space. At last but not least, the wonderful team (Alice, Sonia and Zainab) is always going an extra mile to assist and accomodation and any enquiries I had over the last few years living here. Furthermore they have never missed a chance to spoil my dog with a few treats and events.

Hounslow has been developing at great pace over the last few years and offering a huge variety of shops, restaurants, parks.. The transport is well deserved and the shopping facilities couldn't be any better located.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue that have encountered has been handled promptly and efficiently.

Charter Place was very transparent about their offer. I don't have any negative insights

The repair and maintenance team is very quick in helping us to fix anything broken in our home, in particular, thanks a lot for Paul's very quick help on fixing the window and light bulb. He is also friendly and helpful every time he comes. Hugely appreciate his help.

Pretty convenient near the station, with multiple supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stops, etc.

Very quick. As I have written in the other comments.

No anything I can think of. Probably it would help to understand a bit more about bins.

Excellent design & facilities , gym and cinema room is great, would be even better if we had a swimming pool ! ??? overall really family friendly and good, clean facilities & excellent staff. Very pleased, would definitely reccomend to others as it’s definitely worth it

The area is absolutely perfect, located close enough walk to access Battersea shopping centre and easy access by tube to get into central London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have had issues with the boiler before and had assistance respond straight away with a resident help number.

Vauxhall tube station is also a close walk and access to the Victoria line

I am impressed with bloom Nine Elms and the level of service I received maybe not initially over emails or phone but we were then assisted by Abdo Dada who was very helpful. Thanks to Abdo we were able to find a flat that suits our needs, we’re very grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend dealing with him. The building itself is modern, boasting sleek architecture and luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of elegance and sophistication that is truly unparalleled. The attention to detail in the design is evident in every corner of the entrance to the building, however, I don’t like the fact that sometimes they rent it for short term and I also get annoyed when I see the swimming pool too full on sunny days because there is no limit to the number of people a tenant can invite from outside

The building is within walking distance to Battersea power station, full of restaurants and new things to do every week. The building is also close to Battersea park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive. I had an issue with my dishwasher, they immediately sent someone to fix it and were on top of things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they let the properties for short term as I don’t particularly enjoy to people treating the place as airbandb

Facilities are fab, easy access to maintenance if you have any issues, Vincent was very helpful whenever we needed assistance, the block is kept clean and there is always someone on hand should you need anything. Free tea and coffee from machine 24 hours

A great area to live with good facilities but the construction is very loud all throughout the week and in Saturdays

Yes they come timely and efficiently with anything you need
