Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links are good, and the location is convenient, but the noise from ongoing construction is really annoying. There are plenty of local amenities, and it’s generally a nice area, but the constant building work can be quite disruptive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond slowly and are not very effective in resolving issues. While they eventually address concerns, the lack of urgency and follow-up can be frustrating for residents seeking timely solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are house rules about noise on weekdays, with quiet hours typically enforced in the late evening. It’s helpful to be aware that renovations or loud activities are restricted during these times. New neighbors should also know that construction noise from nearby projects can still be disruptive, despite the house rules.

We really like the fact that’s there’s supermarkets near by, there’s parking available and it’s pretty close to central!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management helps pretty quickly and efficiently!

The only thing I would point out is the council tax bills are quite high ?

Facilities are fantastic. I absolutely love 10th floor roof terrace , the design is refreshing and I particularly appreciate the sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating spaces. The communal co-working space is lovely too. The team are extremely helpful and kind, making sure everyone is well looked after.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The manager Ha always available to answer my many queries. Issues sort as soon as I raise them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know the landlord throwing party for tenants. Thats the first :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part of living in this area is the variety of shops and local supermarkets within walking distance. There's also an Indian/Sri lankan grocery store nearby that has pretty much everything you need to make amazing South Asian food! Victoria line is perfect to get into central london within 15 mins and Fizzy has a strong sense of community with friendly locals and various social acitivities. Being close to the forest wetland could mean tons of insects (which is definitely a small price to pay to live in such a beautiful apartment).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had issues with our rented furniture breaking down every few weeks. The building management was reliable and ensured to fix our issue promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to know there's no building management available on the weekends. In the event something breaks down we would have to wait until Monday to get it resolved unless it's an emergency.

Great apartment, so spacious , really enjoy the layout out of my apartment! Nice and bright. We love resident events that take place every months and sometime they throw a surprise party or treats. In special occasion like Valentine, Halloween & Christmas the management pop in treat to our letter box which is lovely surprise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficient, all repair tickets raised are handled so fast! Almost everything sorted in the same day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Maintenance team were always friendly and efficient if any issues came up. Despite there being a lot of building works and railway nearby there was not anything heard in the apartment so they are well insulated and security throughout the building is good.
