Fizzy is a refreshing experience for private tenants in London. I feel like my money is going further towards a better standard of living, in addition to a friendly and efficient team who devote time and sincerity to your day-to-day living. The location of the building is well placed with good connections and amenities. Although we're situated right on a main road, traffic noise is non-existent thanks to the impressive sound proofing of the window and door frames. Additionally, a private green space for residents offers a lovely escape right on the doorstep without any hassle. The design skill poured into the flat is immediately evident. Someone has really thought about what someone needs in an apartment to maximise their living space and has made it work cohesively. Really impressive and highly recommended.

A place to call home at any time of the year. It is conveniently located from the town centre and all the transport links - the train station is just a couple of minutes away. It is ideally located near the town centre and offers a high amount of safety and protection from main road traffic.

It’s a nice place to live. Great view, not a lot of noise, the sun keeps me company all day. The managers are nice and very kind people. They are very knowledgeable, very helpful. It’s nothing that they will say that they can’t do it. We have lots of shops , restaurants and coffee places near.

Since our management team changed in the last 18-24 months, the building has been getting lots of upgrades - a games room with pool/table tennis table, air hockey, popcorn and coffee machines, sofas and tv; the roof terrace having better furniture and gazebo's for hot weather; upgraded lighting and painting; more regular maintenance. We also have a great sense of community now, with a resident's whatsapp group for chat/meme's/building issues/socials, regular get togethers on the roof terrace over the summer (some building organised, some residents organised), and residents using the games room every day to catch up, play pool/table-tennis, watching sports events. I have been here 4.5 years and can honestly say that all of this is down to our wonderful community manager Michel and building manager Rogan. They are a fantastic team, and we all appreciate them so much.
