Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect in terms of distance from central London, with Nine Elms station on our doorstep. The Sainsbury’s downstairs is a huge convenience as we don’t have to travel far to grab anything last minute.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond promptly and are always happy to help

That most of the tenants in the complex are students

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is a mix of good and bad. The positives are its location in Central London and the proximity to the two Northern Line tube stationsat Nine Elms and Battersea Power Stations. The local open spaces are quite good, especailly Vauxhall Park and Battersea Park. The proximity to Sainsburys and Waitrose is a big plus, however, the area is lacking in a lot of basics like bookstores, pharmacies, post offices etc. The area aound the US Embassy is safe and clean, although very corporate and boring - you could be in Houston or Singapore as it all ooks the same. The area on the other side of Wandsworth Road is an absolute mess - filthy and rundown. It make s you wonder where are the council taxes going. The local restaurant choices are limited , but improving.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The onsite staff, (e.g., Magdalena Prymula and Matthew Goodayle) have been very responsive. The building owners have not demonstrated the same level of responsiveness.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The poor quality of the building construction in the development itself and the general lack of street cleaning and maintenance by the Lambeth Council - the area is filthy.

Lots of shops though no affordable options nearby, stations near and lots of bus routes. Anti social behaviour is a daily disturbance for us - Noisy neighbours partying and public screaming in the playground at night, people are mugged frequently on the cycle path
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They may fix issues after a few times reporting things but they don't give sufficient info so if you need to inform a repair worker of your availability you can't reach them

How noisy it would be - I can't sleep some days

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This development is ideally located. Located directly next to Nine elms tube and the northern line gives fantastic access directly to many favoured areas of town incl Covent garden, Westminster, Shopping areas such as Oxford street and Bond Street and easy access if travelling (direct) to Kings Cross, Waterloo or Euston. It is a short walk to the attractions at Battersea Power station and by the River Thames.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Over the past 2.5 years the management have always been happy and willing to assist with any problem or query - that tbf have been in any case few and far between. However I highly recommend !!!!

None in particular spring to mind. But it is a great place to live and very well located

Area is great close to the tube station and central London with lots of new places opening up every month
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes , they have responded to problems regarding the flat however some of the common areas have issues occasionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was well informed before moving in , I feel that all the important info was disclosed
