The design, facilities and management are all great. I love the concierge. St James could be better though, their customer service isn’t great. I’ve had a few communications from her that have been quite rude and short with me which isn’t what I’d expect.

Fantastic development, facilities and service are amazing

I wish I’d known how loud the trains would be, even into the night

The facilities, especially the bowling alley and the gym

Modern Building with top tier amenities and neighbors at a fantastic location. Rare to find in London.

The local amenities are new and the design is really modern. The building management is extraordinary, always clean. And the Employees working in it (concierge or bartenders) are exceptional, always resourceful. The building have everything at need on it (lounge, gym, bar-rooftop, pool and terraces).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Transport links are exceptional, with a train and underground station at a 5 Min walking from the development and bus station that leads to Liverpool Station or Central London right in front of the building. Also there is a stop in front of the building for cars to stop (UBER). In terms of shopping shops, there aren't much around, although for groceries there is a nice Little Waitrose and a sainsburys at a 5 min walk. Regarding restaurants there is the Vauxhall type of restaurant close, nothing fancy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i Knew that with Coronavirus there was some restrictions in place and the pool is under remodelling.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views of the city of London and the spacious Kitchen/Living room.

Facilities and design are good. Building management is good but could be better. Window cleaning hasn’t completed yet since June which is annoying and no expected date has been communicated. Management also tend to not reply sometimes to emails about complaints/questions

5’ walk from station, 15’ walk to Parliament. Thames front development. Groceries stores 5’ away. Safe area and very central

Noise in bedroom from trains

Great facilities if they were open!

Beautiful building and amazing facilities. The cinema is great! On the downside the pool has leaks so they are re doing it. Been living here since July and unable to use the pool or spa! Poor when it’s included in large management fees

Great views of the river and walking distance to the main tourist destinations. Only issue is there are few facilities and nice local areas with boutique type cafes and shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty poor. We asked about a reduction in management fees due to the facilities not being finished when they were supposed to be (pool, cinema, bowling, billiards) but were fobbed off

The pool wouldn’t be open still! We were told it would be ready when we moved in in July
