Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are convenient and reliable, making it easy to get around. While there can be occasional delays during peak hours, overall, the connectivity to nearby areas is quite good, and I have not encountered any major problems. On my street, parking availability is reasonable, although it can get a bit busy during the weekends. Bin collections are efficient, and I've noticed that the area is well-kept. While there are occasional instances of anti-social behaviour, they are relatively rare, and traffic noise is manageable. One downside is the absence of a nearby supermarket, which would be a convenient addition. However, given the overall quality of services and amenities in the area, it remains a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes when I request a repair they respond immediately and efficiently - Dominic is great

N/A I have been here for over 3 years and have no complaints at all

Everything is just perfect, there is bar next to the apartment, east Croydon station is just 2 mins walk from the apartment and all the safety measures are taken care. It’s just perfect

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

From prompt responses to maintenance requests to the consistent upkeep of common areas, every detail is managed with such care. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and comfort greatly enhances our daily experience here. Additionally, the regular communication updates, such as [specific example, e.g., timely notifications about building maintenance or events], are incredibly helpful and show a proactive approach to resident needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Well, we informed the management well in advance about our moving date but unfortunately the painting was pending to be completed but still they managed to complete it on the date of moving in. We also noticed there was some water leakage for about 2 weeks for which the management gave us an alternative flat to use for our daily chores. Much appreciated. We have also shared few minor cracks here and there in the apartment images with the management. Not a concern the management was very helpful in handling all the issues :)

V close to the station with plenty of connections, lots of shops and restaurants. Whitgift is quite derelict and area can be a bit rough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick, rapid same day/ quickly. Very responsive and helpful

Great, quiet place. Nice to be near stations. Quite a few shops have closed over the years.

The overall stay quality is nice. Convenient to train station and secure. The reception service is also very good. There is smell sometimes coming from neighbouring rooms .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

no everything is done perfectly . Good place to stay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

East Croydon is nice area to live but other neighbouring parts of Croydon are not very nice. In terms of location it is still developing.

Bad is the local development which blocked my view and exposure of privacy. Good - Hannah and her friendly staff have the building under control any problems I have they always help accordingly I’ve been here 5 years now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team are friendly and really make this feel like a community. Maintenance is managed on site and the maintenance technician is really helpful and gets things resolved quickly and effectively.

The development in the local area which eventually blocked my view
