Apartment is on main road and all facilities are available and for reasonable prices. Quick response time for any issues. Maintenance office is within building and reachable whenever needed. Nice ventilation and light throughout the flats. Safe place to live and there is night security as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well Maintained property in prime location with bus and rail services in few steps away. Very close to High street markets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

These days the new management company with friendly team responding spontaneously for any issues. Recently in last week my induction hob failed and team replaced it with new one within 30 minutes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think there is nothing I need to know before I move in 2021, as i was already a previous tenant stayed with same landlord in 2017.

Exchange Court Opinon

Zbigniew (Tenant)

May 2023

The building we are living in is in a great condition with highly efficient heating facilities leaving us with reasonable bills (very important nowadays). Property management is really good. They are really responsive and look after tenants and keep things up to date.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This area is far the best out of what we have seen for many aspects. Very good for shopping and transport and for easiness to get us to work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very swiftly, there as only one minor issue in the course of few months, resolved instntly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think there is nothing I wish I could know. We were positively surprised with our lovely neighbors after moving in.

What a lovely design for this flat I have my ensuite bathroom and shower, New kitchen and wooden flooring throughout There has been a change in management and its so much better Contact admin is with online and with a recorded call. 2 cleaners are always in the building to help out with any problems With new boilers and New appliances I have has only a few problems and this was how to turn these new appliances on I have seen reviews about boilers My boiler is new and guaranteed for 5years ....

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its great for commuting to town 15mins to London B 20 mins to Victoria Box Park is 5mins walk LLoyd Park is 15mins walk So many bars and restaurants locally and a local Sainsburys There is Paid parking on the road and drop off inside the building aswell Its a fairly quiet flat and there are no anti social issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been online and got my simple problems resolved within 1/ 2 days I have had no urgent issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have lived in other flats in London and I would say that this is a good location and newly refurbished flat My boiler is new and guaranteed for 5 years. Do not shout at ADMIN since they will not respond to Bullying In my central London flat there were notices about Bullying to Staff So Respect!

Smart, Modern and tidy Flat

Kay (Tenant)

Dec 2022

Flat is delightful to live in and has wooden floors through out the building All appliances are new and fully tested. Hot water and radiators kept the flat toostie The triple glazing on the windows was an extra bonus All in all I was very happy with the flat i did read the poor reviews and I know the the management has recruited new people in admin so I had the new admin and I did not have any issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy to get to London bridge and Victoria. Rail, Buses and Tram are walking distance Lovely shopping centre within 5 mins walk Parks are LLoyd park which is 15 mins walk Box Park with its generous number of takeaways is a few minutes away Convenient for doctors, dentists and all health services located close by. 2 Cleaners are always available to help out Flat is vey modern and clean

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has responded within a day to my issues. I found that the timing is good for picking up issues and the issues were dealt with by professional guys

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are a tenant who has lived in other flats than you will allow time for professional plumbers etc to come to deal with your issues. Sometimes the plumbers etc need parts to fix the problem, parts may be needed to be replaced and this takes time to arrive to the building

Convenient for commute but poor quality of management service

Hayley (Tenant)

Jun 2022

The flat is narrow, it's about 30 square metre for 1 bedroom it's quite small for one bedroom it should be studio. The equipment such as kitchen and a bathroom is fairly nice. Property management quality is quite poor for example lift, hot water and rubbish bin.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

That flat is close to Two stations, East Croydon and West Croydon, very convenient to commute to centre London. However the management quality is seriously poor, it happened many times that we had no hot water, even during cold winter. The lift is often out of service, I even got blocked inside of lift, it was very scary. Overall I don't recommend here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Their responce is slow, I couldn't get hot water for 1 week in winter. plus we need to call several times to get their answer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could have known how badly managed this property and how the staff is unfriendly.
