Great local shops and parks, good transport links with Sutton train station just 5-min walking distance, but noise can be bothersome with windows open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been very responsive. Paul helped me fix my window promptly and efficiently. His willingness to assist made a big difference, showcasing the team's commitment to addressing issues and maintaining a comfortable living environment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the types of shops in the area before moving in. The variety is greater than I expected, with everything from grocery stores to unique boutiques and cafes. Knowing this would have helped me plan what to bring, especially in terms of kitchen essentials and personal items. I would recommend checking out the local shops beforehand to see what you might need to stock up on or leave behind.

It is a nice neighborhood. It is safe and well connected to city center. There are good schools around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded everything that I raised very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you want to replace furniture with your owns you need to let them know before the deal. They don't have storage for this.

Everything is local. We have town near us, so many good eating spots and local shops. Everyone is respectful here and the management team are a massive help at all times. They are super super lovely here. An example is a lady that works here named Teresa, who is always so lovely and has a bright smile on her face.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had an issue with opening my window. Contacted the team and they were so helpful and polite with their work and got back to me extremely fast. They are always trying to do their best to keep us impressed. Hats off to them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how fun it actually is living here. I was nervous moving to a different city and from a house to an apartment. But everyone here is so friendly and definitely feel like a big family.

Living in Sutton has many perks. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, and parks, making it a nice area to enjoy dining out and green spaces. Transport links are generally convenient, with reliable trains to London and good bus routes, though there can be delays. Paul and Jasmine provide excellent service, making life easier when it comes to managing the property

Paul and Jasmine have been absolutely outstanding in responding to any issues we've raised. They handle every request with impressive speed, care, and attention to detail, making us feel genuinely valued as residents. Their proactive approach goes above and beyond, often checking in afterward to ensure we’re completely satisfied. With their warm and professional demeanor, Paul and Jasmine create an exceptional living experience, showing an unmatched dedication to making this place feel like home. They truly set the standard for building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I would have liked to know before moving in is that the floor has a slight unevenness in some areas. It doesn’t detract from the overall comfort and quality of the property, but it’s something to be aware of. The charm and benefits of living here more than make up for it, though!

I recently had maintenance done in our apartment, and the attendant, Paul, was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue efficiently, and was very professional and courteous throughout. His friendly and respectful attitude made the experience all the more pleasant.

The management team has also been incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or maintenance requests quickly.
