The building itself is very well maintained and the facilities management team are always on site to fix anything.

The building itself is very well maintained and the facilities management team are always on site to fix anything. There is a gym and pool which are maintained and cleaned daily and accessible to all residents. The building is very secure with 24 hour concierge on duty.

Perfect location with walking access to everywhere in London! Waterloo station is also right opposite the street and lots of local buses in the area too. Great range of restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk in southbank.

Too cold in winter and too hot in summer due to location

The design quality is superb and well maintained. We have a pool, sauna and steam room and a gym with latest equipment and televisions. There's a secure underground car park. Great 24/7 concierge. Service charge is high.

I like the location (2 mins to waterloo), convenient and pretty safe for london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very promptly, even major issues are very quickly turned around.

Good place in lively area

It's a bit small, but the flat has everything we might need. I like the design. It's not luxurious, but it does feel like you are living in a hotel which I like. I like the pool and sauna, and gym. The concierge is very good.

Central, the station is very near, lively all the time but safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond fast, immediately. (We had a plumbing issue)

Not really, I can't think of any problems or things we would change.

My flat is nice and big, with a nice design. The building has really nice facilities like a pool / gym. The service is really very good, the concierge is great, always very helpful. We have a view of the bridge across the river. Only issue is that often the elevator doesn't work.

I like how it's central and very busy, it can get loud at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very prompt with responding to any problems or issues.

Not really, apart from maybe the elevator, nothing else.
