Perfect location with walking access to everywhere in London! Waterloo station is also right opposite the street and lots of local buses in the area too. Great range of restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk in southbank.

Too cold in winter and too hot in summer due to location

Too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter due to location

Amazing location Security Safe

Gets hot in summer Electricity is included so it’s actually cheap

Too hot sometimes especially in summer due to the location

I like the location (2 mins to waterloo), convenient and pretty safe for london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very promptly, even major issues are very quickly turned around.

All comments listed above which entail the advantages and disadvantages.

Central, the station is very near, lively all the time but safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond fast, immediately. (We had a plumbing issue)

Not really, I can't think of any problems or things we would change.

I like how it's central and very busy, it can get loud at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very prompt with responding to any problems or issues.

Not really, apart from maybe the elevator, nothing else.
