Great Place to Live

The development is great with a nice gym and park right next door. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful; they respond quickly to any questions. I really like having a 24 hour gym located in the building. The appliances are also good quality. The induction hob is especially great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The neighborhood is very well located with easy connections to Central and South London. There are also great restaurants and stores within walking distance. The only negative about the location is the position on a busy road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team responds to requests very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing else that I wish I knew before moving in

The communal areas are brilliant

Park Central West is a great place to live - the communal areas are brilliant with a gym, games room with a pool table, entertaining spaces and co-working space. This is great particularly for people like us living in a 1 bedroom apartment. The flats are well laid out and spacious with a great sized / shape balcony. Lovely bathroom which is spacious and has good storage. Slightly more storage in the bedroom would be appreciated but this is the nature of new builds it seems. Building management and concierge are generally friendly and helpful. I have recommended a few friends to live here now!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Extremely good transport links - Northern line, Bakerloo line, Thameslink and lots of bus routes. Lots of new bars and restaurants nearby and super close to Borough with its well renowned restaurant scene and borough market.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - whenever I need a repair or have any issues the building management respond within the day. Extremely helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s super quiet here - the soundproofing between apartments is great

The building is great, has everything you need. The gym is really well taken care of and has all the equipment you want. Apartment is really warm and modern and gets loads on sunlight. The security/reception desk downstairs is really helpful, makes you feel very safe and they are always there to answer questions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, so easy to get everywhere you need and only 2 mins from tube. Always feels very safe as well. Lots of bars and takeaway shops nearby and Sainsbury’s in building opposite.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have only had one small issue but management were great. Super friendly and dealt with it straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, the communication when moving in was great.

There’s no downside to the building and facilities provided. The management staff are wonderful, the facilities are always clean and operational, and any maintenance calls are promptly resolved. Everything you need from a apartment complex, plus more.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Has everything you need within walking distance, only bad aspect (for now) is the limited selection of supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick to respond and implement a solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of selection of restaurants in the surrounding area, spoilt for choice.

Good place to live

The flat is nice and new. The only issue is the floor design as the titles are moving a bit and not something that was not fixed. Gym facilities and lounge are nice and well maintained. In overall I’m happy living here. The buildings with no reception could benefit from more security!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The are is good and well connected with a lot of buses option and both northern and bakerloo tube lines. The only bad thing is that I don’t feel safe ordering parcels as couriers leave downstairs and then are being stolen. There are a lot of cute restaurants around but only Sainsbury as a near supermarket.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answer quickly but could not find a solution for parcels being stolen. Lockers were meant to be installed but it’s been 6 months and nothing so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe if I knew the parcels issue I would have chosen a building with concierge; The are would benefit from having another supermarket like WAITROSE! So far only Sainsbury nearby. I really like the park and restaurants around it, there’s definitely a highlight!
