One of the biggest advantages of living in East Village is its convenient location. It is well-connected to the rest of London, with excellent transport links to the city center and other areas of London. The Stratford station, which is one of the largest transport hubs in London, is just a short walk away from East Village. This makes it easy for residents to commute to work or explore other parts of London. East Village is also a very safe and secure area. The community is gated and has 24-hour security, which gives residents peace of mind. The area is well-lit at night, and there are plenty of CCTV cameras around, making it one of the safest areas in London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

London. It was built as the Athletes' Village for the 2012 Olympic Games and has been transformed into a vibrant and diverse community in recent years. There are plenty of amenities in East Village, including shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Westfield Stratford City shopping center, which is one of the largest shopping centers in Europe, is located nearby, providing residents with a wide range of shopping and dining options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I raise a problem or issue, the building management team responds promptly and professionally. They acknowledge the problem and provide a timeline for resolution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Noise levels can be high due to the nearby school.

Modern apartment in a great location

The building is well maintained and get living are very quick to respond and solve maintenance issues within the flat. The design of the flats are modern and include plenty of storage which makes living in a flat much easier. Being able to put your own photos and art on the walls makes it feel like home.

Excellent transport links and near plenty of parks to walk in. Fantastic food and shopping with Westfield on your doorstep. The independent shops in the village add character. Underground parking, whilst expensive, is very convenient, safe and secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have responded to all our maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The concierge is not 24/7 and does not collect parcels. No microwave is included.

Amazing complex

Great area with great design for the complex. Maintenance could be better as elevators are nearly always not working. Building structure causes certain rooms not to receive much sunlight which can be a little annoying during summer. Great area overall

Area is very good but slightly apart from the heart of the village. Can hear train noises sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive but not always swift. Sometimes it can take a long time to repair

Can hear the trains sometimes and sunlight is not always reaching the rooms

I just moved in , the place is amazing Facilities and Design are great The location is nice Building is luxurious and receptionists are welcoming and friendly Atlanta especially was very helpful and beyond nice , she made my move easier.

I love the place All is great, every thing is amazing and up to my expectations But the walls are thinner than my previous flat in istra house. I can hear every sound in the flat when I'm sleeping.

Fast and effectively They response very fast And are clear about everything

Scenic views and great transportation links.

Love the 10th floor sky garden, I just wish we had more accessible parking spaces for residents or visitors. The property management is great as the get living people are always on site and there’s concierge 24/7. The Bringme parcel boxes are efficient and safe for packages.

Great transport links at Stratford international and the DLR while having the best views from the parks and greenery surrounding the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they’ve always responded swiftly through the get living app

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the parking situation. I do not own a car but have friends and family that are always visiting and find it difficult to get parking spaces.
