East Village Stratford is brilliant! The shops and restaurants are great -and lush green spaces - Olympic Park is also beautiful. Getting around is a breeze with Stratford station nearby. The vibe on the streets is nice. Bins get collected on time, and the staff on the street are lovely. All in all, East Village is a great area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly. The same or next day issues are sorted

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely think about your daily routine and what’s more important to you to be near- I like being nearer the parks and gyms than the main station and my walk through Westfield is very handy.

London. It was built as the Athletes' Village for the 2012 Olympic Games and has been transformed into a vibrant and diverse community in recent years. There are plenty of amenities in East Village, including shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Westfield Stratford City shopping center, which is one of the largest shopping centers in Europe, is located nearby, providing residents with a wide range of shopping and dining options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I raise a problem or issue, the building management team responds promptly and professionally. They acknowledge the problem and provide a timeline for resolution.

Noise levels can be high due to the nearby school.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is very good but slightly apart from the heart of the village. Can hear train noises sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive but not always swift. Sometimes it can take a long time to repair

Can hear the trains sometimes and sunlight is not always reaching the rooms

The best place to live at. I live around the park and it’s so peaceful clean and safe. The management Keeps the surrounding area so clean and well maintained by them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always ready to help and send the people with in 24 hours to inspect the repair.

They had informed about the parks and all the facilities the property has.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of anti social behaviour and a lack of action from get living who prioritise short term profit over long term safety and community benefit. Shops are good, but it is getting worse as premises are being replaced with more and more new flats instead and there are many empty lots that are not being replaced.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and they are usually quite good at resolving small issues.

That the area is not very safe and has one of the highest number of phone snatching in the country, plus increasing anti social behaviour.
