Close to a sainsbury for last minute groceries, a nice bar for a drink and a comedy club for a laugh

We had a clogged drain and they fixed it promptly!

I wish I knew about the loud trains that sometimes pass through

The location is great, being such a short distance from good train connections and walking distance from places like Hackney and Shoreditch. The street can be noisy sometimes with cars and trains, but the building is well insulated and 8/10 you can’t hear a thing!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever issues have arisen, the building management team have responded incredibly quickly. Most issues are solved within 24 hours

That this is the peak! Renting doesn’t get any better than this.

So much to do in Bethnal green, close to broadway market, Victoria park and shoreditch. The only downside is being so close to the railway

They’ve responded right away and any issues problems were fixed within 24h

Nothing really, everything is well explained before moving.

Very well connected, close to the underground and overground. A few stops away from central London. Very close to the overground but you can’t hear it with the windows/doors closed, the building has great soundproofing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they did everything imaginable to get the flat ready for us to move in. Replaced all of the furniture, painted the flat, re-grouted the bathroom etc

Bethnal Green area can be a bit dodgy towards the station, sometimes feel unsafe at certain times of the day.

This 1-bedroom flat is perfectly situated, close to beautiful parks like Victoria Park and Weavers Fields, both ideal for morning jogs or leisurely afternoon strolls. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the vibrant Columbia Road Flower Market, which brings the area to life every Sunday with its colorful displays and local vendors. The nearby Broadway Market is another gem, offering an array of fresh produce, artisan goods, and unique street food.
