An amazing super comfy stay in London

Nick (Tenant)

Dressage Court, E2

Jul 2024

The rooms are amazing. Clean common places and many of these. Amazing rooftop with a super cool view. Maybe the rooms might offer TV, though. Also, I arranged to get rid of some items I bought before leaving, but maybe it could be an idea to organize a buy-and-sell platform for residents to sell items and make the process easy for people that leave. All the residents in Dressage Court are very nice, clean people, and I am confident there would be very small issues if ever, but I would rather expect to only have positives instead.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very safe and quiet area, close to a supermarket, a park for sports like tennis and basketball. Very close to the tube.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, the staff was amazing. Particularly in the dressage court, Miss Sophie, Rebecca, Laura, and Michelle were super helpful and joyful in providing support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really; everything was nice from the start, so I do not have much to say.

Luckily the flats are so hot for winter but for the summer time I wish the apartment has cooling system. We are happy with the property management. They are always so helpful. For the gardens, I think they need a little care. Also there are lots flies and bugs coming from garden side. I would be appreciated if there is a solution for it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very good area for living. Everthing is close . Only bad thing is friday and saturday nights are noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are taking very fast action and they try to do their best every time.

I love living in Berkshire House. I feel extremely safe which is something I was worried about when first looking to rent but I never think about now, the building is very secure. The building is also well looked after, it is maintained to such a high standard and it always looks and feels clean and tidy. I love the facilities, being able to sit up on the roof terrace or in the welcoming lounge is such a great perk. Roxana and Ionut are fantastic managers, nothing is too much trouble ever, they respond to all requests so quickly and efficiently and it makes life so much easier. They are always friendly and chatty and I really appreciate how well they manage the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is in walking distance, we have great local independent coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants and bars. There are also lovely walks at Braywick nature reserve which is also in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quickly, I have never had a problem, but any requests I have such as putting up shelves or booking a parking space, is responded to so quickly and nothing is too much trouble.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How warm the flat gets in summer due to the windows

The building is amazing to live in, building management are very helpful and responsive. The new parcel collection system is also very useful. The new gym is fantastic and makes it well worth the money. New HIIT and yoga classes have also just been introduced and they are excellent

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful and unique area overall. Anti social behaviour and rowdy drinkers at times hear the Cutty Sark station but overall lovely and family friendly area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are very prompt and staff are overall very friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No tube access to the area but this can easily be overlooked given the regular DLR and other overground links
