Vantage Point, N19

There are many benefits to living at Vantage point and within the surrounding area but I'm sure a lot of other reviews will go in to those things in detail. Instead I'd like to point out three big quality of life benefits one gets from living here that you would probably struggle to find elsewhere. Firstly, the greatest strength VP has going for it is that the whole building is centrally managed. No dealing with individual landlords and no dealing with letting agents. It’s hard to express how much of a pro this actually is in London as both of the former can be nightmares to deal with. At VP the teams who run both the letting process and the management side of things once you move in are great. I think if your expectations as a tenant are even slightly realistic they will comfortably surpass them in all ways. Especially if you compare against renting elsewhere in London. Secondly, there’s peace of mind in knowing that should anything break down or malfunction in the flat you have direct access to an incredible handyman who’s usually available within just a few days to get things fixed. I’ve had very issues in my 1.5 years living here but when I have they’ve been resolved quickly and painlessly. Third and finally, I want to say just how incredible it is having access to the amenities 24 hours a day! This isn’t super common as amenities in buildings like this will often close around 10pm. Being able to use the gym/games room/dining room/living room/co-working space/or balcony areas at any time, even the middle of the night, really makes your flat feel bigger than it is. You’re never restricted to being solely in that space. Having constant access makes the shared spaces feel like a continuation of your private space and that’s a truly lovely feeling.

Vantage point is a great place to live. The building is clean and well maintained, the front desk staff (Marcia, Felix and Mandy) are amazing and always ready to help (and give our dog a treat!). The flat is quiet and communal areas are well maintained and tastefully decorated.

Archway Tower is a striking development with modern design and impressive views of London. The building has been thoughtfully designed, with spacious, well-lit apartments that make the most of natural light. Facilities like the gym and communal areas add convenience and value, offering a blend of practicality and luxury. Building management is generally responsive. The only thing I would say is that elevators and communal area floors (main entrance, floors upstairs) are not always clean. Also because there are a lot of dogs in the building and it become worse when it's raining outside. The location is unbeatable, with the Northern Line right at the base of the tower, making commuting extremely convenient. Overall, Archway Tower is a well-designed, well-managed property that offers an excellent living experience, friendly staff and luxurious vibe. We absolutely love our flat and don't want to leave even though the rent is very high for the location.

The building itself is wonderful. I selected a furnished flat since I was moving here from the US and wasn't bringing any furniture with me. The pieces selected for my flat were all new and very stylish. There is a TON of storage space in this flat which is amazing. Multiple closets, underbed storage, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, lots of storage space in the bathroom, and lots of drawers in the media fixture. The building is always clean which I appreciate. I love the common spaces as they are nicely furnished and well kept up. I haven't had a chance to use the outside features yet because I moved in the fall but during the tour the view was incredible. One of the features I appreciate the most is that the doors are always secured and require a key fob to get in, there is a secure package delivery room, and there is always someone staffing the front desk. I feel really safe here and that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. It is a little expensive, but I'm getting my money's worth.

The building is modern, rooms are well designed and have lots of storage. When there is a problem it is solved swiftly which is something other properties lack.However, the management can use friendlier people, I felt like I have been treated badly a few times.
