Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, close to the tube and bus stops and plenty of grocery stores nearby. The street in front of the building is busy and can be noisy with ambulances going to the nearby hospital. Occasional anti-social behavior from some individuals on the street but I’ve never felt unsafe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been promptly resolved and if needed the maintenance team has visited to fix any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is exactly as we expected and haven’t had any negative experiences.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Archway, London, offers a mix of benefits and challenges. One of the best aspects is the variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars – there's a little bit of everything, from cozy cafes to catering to diverse tastes. The area has ample green spaces we are 15 min walking from Hampstead Heath, and 10 from Waterlow Park. Transport links are excellent; the Northern Line at Archway is right at the base of the tower. It takes us 10 minutes to get into central London. On the street itself, there are a lot of homeless people and I attended some incidents of theft or assaults. Despite minor downsides, Archway offers a lively, well-connected environment with everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The teams are super quick to answer any issues and lovely people. They are always here to help and fix everything quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving to Archway is how busy the Northern Line station can get during rush hours – it’s incredibly convenient, but the crowds can be intense. Additionally, being aware of some incidents of theft or minor crime in the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the building is great. The Tube is literally steps away from our front door, there are several bus stops around the area, there are multiple grocery stores within minutes (some seconds) of the building. While there is a decent amount of traffic, you can't hear it from inside the building which is really nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I honestly haven't had any issues since I've been here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can't actually control the heating and temperature from your flat. It has to be set by the building which is a little odd. Maybe it's because I'm used to places in the US having thermostats in the apartments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I can do my grocery shopping by just going downstairs . The area in general is clean and traffic nosies are not heard from the part I live in. There are also many cute cafes around for working

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and they always fixed it. I had a problem with my toilet and it was fixed the next day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I really like how each month there is a celebration to bring the residents together, I wish I knew about this before

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tube is downstairs which is super convenient. M&S food, Sansbury, Aldi is around this building. Walking distance to Hampstead heath, it’s great during summertime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quite responsive and keep us posted about any repairment updates.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like my one bed apartment layout, quite spacious, and I like the window bay very much. Communal area on the top floor is nice and has very good views of ct center. Gym is free, it’s small but functional enough, and you have nice views when you work out. Staff is friendly and helpful.
